So you’re telling me he will go through the pain of not eating humans since he can feel what they feel + one of the worst parts about being in the vampire army was that he felt everything his enemy felt when he killed them but right when he feels the pain and suffering that poc go through suddenly his powers just disappear and he just doesn’t care about the brutal pain he has put onto so many people from his confederacy???

Making one of your protagonist have a racist past is already bad enough but she could have at least gave him some type of character development and made him unlearn his ignorance.

I feel like if I met him in real life, he wouldn’t still be on the confederate side. It just doesn’t make sense considering his power of ALWAYS feeling what other people are feeling. Even if being a vampire made him “stuck” in that mindset, he should feel at least a little bit guilty or empathetic since his power would force him to.

SM ruined so many characters.. I could right a 10 page essay on all the characters she fucked up on. Like Rosalie is not vain; she’s just a confident woman, Laurent wouldn’t go back to Victoria after meeting/mating Irina, ect.
