I also like games like Omori, and I also had an interest in the Danganronpa universe and beyond.

However, for now, the Naruto anime is in my heart and it is currently the one that occupies my mind the most. 🥹

My blorbo is Kabuto Yakushi. I also write fanfiction for him.

I enjoy writing, and I've been doing so for a very long time, dating back to my teenage years. I enjoy reading. I also love cats, sweatshirts, and beautiful landscapes. I enjoy talking about my OCs and possibly... Kabuto.

I like making moodboards/collages, headcanons, and writing small drabbles.

How do they respond to physical affection? (from each other or others)

💮 Kabuto isn't used to being touched. It's been a long time since he's experienced such a kind gesture.

💮 But sometimes he vaguely remembers Nonō's touch. He remembers her touch on his hair, the first time she gave him his own glasses.

💮... Then he remembers the blood on his hands, and then his mind goes into chaos again, wondering if it was ever real.

💮 Back to that...in my opinion, Kabuto isn't clingy in a "sweet" way. In most cases, he sees touch as something more pragmatic.

💮 This doesn't mean he reacts violently when someone touches him. Most of the time, however, he wonders what the other person's intentions are. He usually reacts calmly. Unless someone is overreacting, Kabuto simply smiles and tells them to stop.

💮 Occasionally, however, Orochimaru will place a hand on his shoulder when praising him or trying to guide him. Kabuto usually takes these gestures as something... personal, though he can't explain it more precisely.

💮 Noa also hasn't experienced good touch for a long time. Sometimes it wasn't good. However, thanks to people she trusts, she's not as withdrawn when it comes to touch.

💮 But contrary to appearances...it depends on many factors and the state she's in. When she's in a better mood, she has no problem with touching and sometimes adjusts people's collars or sleeves with a smile.

💮 However, as her condition worsens, she becomes more irritable. She can become snappy and ask, "What do you want?" when someone touches her arm.

💮 But regardless of her condition, she doesn't like it when someone grabs her without asking. She's very direct and tells them to take their hand away.

💮 She, too, is overwhelmed by the touch, which is too "joyful," too intrusive. (*cough* Might Gai 😭) It's just not her style and there are too many triggers, even though she has nothing against such people. They're charmingly disarming.

💮 By the way, she herself is more inclined to offer touch. Rather than someone touching her, she doesn't care about it as much.

💮 As for them being together, it was quite complicated at first. After their meeting after years, they both didn't really know what they should do or what they should feel. At first, Noa was a bit embarrassed and frowned when Kabuto grabbed her wrist once.

💮 When Noa gently grabbed Kabuto's hand the first time, he felt as if he were about to fall apart. He didn't know how to react or why this gesture had evoked such feelings in him.

💮 Kabuto enjoys stroking Noa's hair, especially when she's focused on something. Over time, he'd probably also gently touch her cheeks.

💮 Noa sometimes wonders how soft Kabuto's hair is. So sometimes, when he's not paying attention (or pretending to), she nibbles at the ends of his hair. Of course, she sometimes encourages him to let it down.

💮 Sometimes I imagine them leaning back to back, sitting somewhere. Or maybe they're both sleeping under a tree, leaning against each other. Or maybe Noa is just sleeping, and Kabuto isn't, and sometimes he watches her, wondering about...many things.

1. Introduce your ship. Which characters are involved? What media is the ship from? (if applicable). Is it a canon x canon ship, oc x canon, oc x oc shipping, or self insert x canon?

Ship Noa x Kabuto is on oc x canon. Noa is my oc, belonging to the Naruto universe. There, I pair her with Kabuto Yakushi. Noa and Kabuto were friends since the orphanage. Unfortunately, fate forced them to part ways for many years. When they meet again, they are practically strangers to each other. Then, they quickly realize they are not the same children they once were.

2. What is their theme song? If they have more than one, list the songs that correlate with them. Bonus if you want to explain why.

"Softcore" is the overall vibe when it comes to their relationship. "Ptolemaea" It reminds me of something inevitable approaching. I can see a bit of Noa's feelings for Kabuto in it.

"Killing Butterflies" It reminds me a lot of Kabuto.

14. How do the characters complement each other?

Oh, I have the impression that Kabuto is more pragmatic, in my opinion. He usually keeps his emotions in check. He doesn't strike me as impulsive or violent, at least not on a daily basis. Unlike Noa, who has mood swings. She can sometimes laugh out loud, be more open with her emotions, and be more energetic, only to suddenly become serious, melancholic, and a bit cold at the slightest trigger. I also imagine that Kabuto is more sarcastic and gives people malicious heels, while Noa is more calm and doesn't want to exploit people's weaknesses. But then I imagine the teasing between them. I also think Noa is more empathetic and tries to be human, whereas Kabuto has more complex feelings about it. I also think Noa would be one of the people who would try to show more human and peaceful moments, in contrast to Kabuto's chaos. I also think Kabuto is more pro-knowledge and eager to gather answers rather than questions. Noa has a more relaxed approach. She enjoys gathering knowledge, but isn't always able to transform it into something useful or beneficial.

I feel like there could be more, but that's the most that comes to mind.

29. Does your ship have any particular symbolism?

The greatest symbolism for me in their relationship is that Noa and Kabuto are on different paths. How would Noa have ended up if she had followed Kabuto's path, and vice versa. Kabuto went to ROOT, and Noa went to ANBU. Both were used as tools. Kabuto was a spy for Danzō, while Noa had to carry out secret missions and take lives when necessary. Then Orochimaru took over Kabuto and became a sort of mentor to him, as well as the only person who gave Kabuto purpose. After ANBU, Noa asked, "Who am I without orders?", For a while, she continued to look at people as targets. Noa took care of her sensei from the team, Himari. She gave her peace and the feeling that life was possible without orders. Orochimaru gave Kabuto space to explore.

Another symbolism; Noa reminds me a lot of the moon, a full one. Kabuto reminds me of a standing, black surface of water with the moon reflected in it.

Also, just a fun fact of mine, I SWEAR also unintentional; But Noa's last name is Kasahara; means bamboo-hat meadow. specifically, the first four letters of 'Kasa'. Referring to bamboo hats. This is just a fun fact, considering that Kabuto's name also refers to a head covering.

13. If you had to assign an animal to each character in the ship, what would it be?

Oh gosh, it's hard to choose really. Starting with Kabuto, I feel like I could assign him a few animals depending on who he was throughout his life. At this stage of my story, I would assign him a fox. In Japan (the meaning depends on the country) Foxes are believed to have a dual nature. Foxes, too, are adaptable and truly intelligent. I think it suits Kabuto.

Noa, on the other hand, is perfectly suited to a white tiger. Especially since the Japanese Byakko symbolizes autumn, west, and is also credited with controlling the wind, which is the nature of the Noa chakra; Wind. Contrary to appearances, Noa is brave deep inside. But just like Kabuto; Noa also has a few animals that fit him. Interestingly enough, Noa would never admit it or think that such an animal would suit her at all.

16. What would happen to each character if they had never met each other?

Well, it depends on which moment we are talking about when it comes to their "first meeting".

In my story, Noa and Kabuto meet through a major misunderstanding and mistake. But of course, let's assume that somehow Kabuto and his team learn that the inn is closed, so the boys change their plans and go somewhere else. As for Kabuto himself, I think his path would have unfolded as in the original. Of course, along the way, Kabuto periodically has flashbacks to the dark-haired girl from the orphanage. I think they could have unknowingly passed each other during major events in Konoha. However, the deeper into the chaos, the two might not have had the opportunity to talk or even meet.

The other way around, with Noa; she would probably live in Konoha, fulfilling her shinobi duties. While kabuto and certain events in history trigger Noa's radical decisions, in this scenario they wouldn't have happened. Or rather, Noa might have made these decisions even in this scenario, but their consequences would have been different. One decision is to leave the village and wander the countries and villages. Not necessarily searching for a clan, but perhaps to find her home. Where she would truly belong.

A bit of a fun fact; if we're talking about their first meeting at the orphanage, then...it would have been pretty quick. Because Kabuto's story would have been the same. And Noa would have probably never reached the orphanage. What if the clan had decided to keep her? What if certain people's plans had come to fruition, and Noa herself would have probably died if not for certain circumstances?
