ovw gripe of the day: the hero gallery only showing a tiny fraction of a character's possible skins?? even if blizzard keeps some skins only available for purchase/unlock for short bursts at a time in the shop or whatever to drive up sales, you should at least be able to see that those options exist without having to pull up the fucking wiki and scroll through eighty-three screenshots in search of a skin that doesn't suck
