i try to stay away from interacting too much with these even if i disagree because i believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion but this is just gross. since when is it funny to glorify a rapist like this??? people forget that the general literally assaulted kevin??? and presumably others?????? genuinely wtf. like i know he's played off as being fine in the end for laughs but as someone who has been in the fandom for a while i know most of the community have silently agreed that certain things in the show should be taken more seriously or changed simply because they ramped something up for comedy (like naba's ditziness for example). so why can't we do this for the general? i once got a comment on my old tbom fandom slander video that was something like "everyone says mckinley is the bottom but he wasn't the one who had the book shoved up his ass" and genuinely that is so gross to say, because again, that was sexual assault. idk it's all so gross and i wish people in the fandom would stop trying to glorify this
