Good points, except: it’s illegal (at least in Okkahoma) to carry in a building with the “no guns” sign and I’ve yet to see a medical facility without one

In Tennessee even if they have a no gun sign posted, unless its government mandated, like a county clerks office, the most they can do is ask you to leave if they see you carrying. Oh, and if you aren’t armed because of their sign and you get shot, you can sue them for all damages. All the meds, ptsd, etc.

because people came here because their homeland fucking sucked.  Germans came here because germany sucked, and brought the best parts of germany with them leaving the dreck behind.  Irish came here because ireland sucked, and they only brought the best parts with them .  England, russia, scotland, China, Japan, Spain, Mexico; the whole world, for the first hundred-and-some-odd years, came to America to shirk off the failures of their home country and contribute the best of them to the United States.  We were an amalgam of the best cultural aspects of the world.   But, at the end of the 1950s and beginning of the 1960s, the enemies of freedom and progress realized that they could exploit this diversity by enticing the children of immigrants with misplaced nostalgia for their home countries, and they would drag in the failures of their ‘homelands’ here, thus making us falter to the same level as the rest of the world.   So yes, diversity is a strength, but an easily exploitable one 

That’s not very diverse my friend, diversity doesn’t mean “many Europeans and some Asians”, diversity means “as few white people as possible and as many black people as possible with a few other token minorities”. But if you honestly think the immigrants brought the “best parts” of their cultures with them to the USA you’re sorely mistaken. The “failures” you’re seeing there didn’t come from outside countries, they came from your own, it’s something you made up in your own country, don’t blame others for tensions you can’t resolve and that in the entire history of the USA have existed between various groups.

the ones who went to the US were the ones who couldn’t succeed or thrive in their own country, you guys got the dregs of society not the cream, that’s not an argument for the pros of diversity lmao.
