Name's Hero. I post about random things, but my blog is mostly centered around my Parkour Civ x reader fanfic now. If you're interested, I keep anything on my blog related or relevant to the fic under the tag "The Hero Collection"

With the free time I currently have, I spend at least 15 minutes a day working on the fic little by little. And I force myself to get something done in those 15 minutes, whether I end up locking tf in or tweaking tf out (I drink too much caffeine)

Trust me, I've been working on this little shit of an outline for a full year and a half, I'm NOT abandoning this goddamn fic. I'm behind enough as is with a PKCIV x PVPCIV crossover being announced and me not even having completed the prologue yet. I will work until my brain fries like an egg and I break down and curl into a pathetic burnt out little crying ball, so burnt out that my tears evaporate as soon as they touch my red hot burnt skin- okay I'll stop.

If you don't believe me, you underestimate my determination as a reader starved of the specific type of fic she's been craving ever since discovering this fandom, who ALSO happens to be a writer. Of sorts. Imma be honest, this will be my first completed fic, let's hope I don't fuck up.

To be real tho I think that once peak Evbo hype is over and I finally finish my PKCIV x reader, I'm very likely gonna say goodbye to this account and never log on again. I've been working on this fic for so long, and my life is getting so busy, I just wanna it done and be gone.

I just checked the date of when you sent a join request and I am so seriously sorry! I went offline for a long period of time for personal reasons I can't quite explain, but I couldn't use internet during that time. As I focused on other matters, I actually forgot that this account even existed(not a joke). I have actually been back for a little while, but when I saw how much I missed and how much hasn't been done, I started to panic and considered just abandoning this whole account, which is why I haven't done anything before now.

I honestly don't even know how to comment because I could hardly process anything. I was SUPER EXCITED AND HYPED UP IN THE BEGINNING, but the rest of the video was kind of confusing. And even though I literally just stopped watching it a few seconds ago, I'm gonna need to skip back to remember what I watched-

Edit from after I was done writing the post: I kind of rewatched the whole video as I was writing, lmao.

First up. When the video started in Parkour Evbo's POV, I got CHILLS all over again because you will not believe how much I love this guy. It's impossible to describe. And I was SO HAPPY because I think this was the first time we got his POV in this crossover. And during the scene where Evbo and EMF reunite and EMF stopped him from finishing "As long as you can parkour, there is always a way", I laughed. This fucking goof.

JumperWho's introduction was interesting. I never watched Jumper's videos, even after someone went insane in the comments of my reaction to crossover ep 1, so I don't know much about her. I'm just too busy to start watching another youtuber. Her character in parkour civ seems pretty cool though, I really like her role so far. I hope we find out how she me Evbo and EMF.

Honestly Parkciv Evbo's reaction to there being another him was kind of underwhelming. But I quickly got excited when Tabi and Wemmbu came outside and the scene at the end of crossover ep 1 continued because I've been DYING for a continuation of it. At least I was until life took over my- uhh- life? Also I'm absolutely yoinking the new animated scene as a banner for my Evbo community. I was also kind of disappointed at Wemmbu's casual reaction to Parkciv Evbo, but whatevs.

When the video switched back to PVP Evbo's POV, I was disappointed, but I knew the whole series couldn't just be from Parkour Evbo's POV, so I just kept my mouth shut and kept watching- I was kind of just uninterested in what was happening, until Seawatt showed up and I pretty much froze up. Until the scene switched back to Parkour Evbo. Don't get me wrong, I was happy to see Parkour Evbo again, but you finally make the scene exciting and then do a sudden switch? C'mon, bro.

Watching Parkour Evbo interact with Tabi was pretty funny, him being an idiot while watching Tabi show him PVP and Tabi being shocked at Evbo just spawning blocks out of thin air made me giggle.

I liked the scene with Parkour Evbo and finding all of PVP Evbo's video journals more though, it literally had me wheezing. When Parkour Evbo planned on playing PVP Evbo's first video journal, I was expecting it to be a kind of awkward-ish moment, but nope. I was definitely surprised when I saw Evbo's first video journal in PARKOUR CIVILIZATION instead, but I didn't have much of a reaction until Parkour Evbo questioned if people could send messages across worlds. That just got me excited to have Parkour Evbo try and communicate with PVP Evbo, I thought that would've been super sick. (still disappointed it didn't happen)

The teaming up of PVP Evbo and Seawatt was surprising, but I still refused to trust Seawatt. ESPECIALLY not when the two of them were trying to rank up to become masters. I was seriously caught of guard when Seawatt didn't betray Evbo in that moment. I was also kind of confused during the scene because I didn't understand how you're supposed to get past the barrier to the master course yet.

I know I'm describing too many things as simply "surprising", but every revelation was one blow after the other, and while they all caught me off guard, there's no unique way to describe how I felt every moment really. And it wasn't all extreme shock, because I won't lie, I've been more focused on life and other fandoms to be too hyped up for this. I just saw it in my notifs and jumped to watch it. Anyway back to my yap.

I wasn't expecting Evbo's fighter ally to show up again, but it was a pleasant surprise because I've been wondering where he went since he didn't show up in the crossover's first episode. When PVP Evbo lied to him to get him to allow Evbo into the arena, I was just turning down my volume because I didn't want to face the secondhand embarrassment of hearing him being called out on his lie. But I was shocked when the ally just let PVP Evbo in without another question. Seriously shocked. Like I truly wouldn't have believed he'd fall for a stupid lie like that.

The sudden skip to Jumper and Wemmbu's silly interaction and Wemmbu floating off screen got a big laugh out of me- Completely unexpected switch. Loved it. After that, I got excited to see if Parkour Evbo would try sending PVP Evbo a message. When one of the diamond swords (I forgot her name) told Tabi that the eternal sword was missing, I got confused because I had completely forgotten how that PVP lore stuff worked. I really do not care for PVP Civ that much-

I'm slowly but surely developing an unhealthy obsession with this little Minecraft character that has nothing to do with prokour.

Also Ted is just my nickname for the Parkour Civ version of Teddy because calling him Teddy feels weird after finding out his VA is also called Teddy. Watching PVP Civ didn't change my opinion on the matter.

THIS IS NOT REAL!!! I didn't fall for this because the dude already looked like a bot or hacked account and I know the "phishing" and "financial scam" stuff is bullshit, AND because on another tumblr account that I have (which I will not reveal), I got an ask from this exact person saying the same thing, but it was in my asks because I have messages closed on that account. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a screenshot of the ask before I deleted it because that was days ago, but you'll know what I'm talking about if you see it.

If you ever get a message like this from my account, IT IS NOT ME! That would mean my account got hacked! I only answer messages because I'm a community admin. Plus I pretty much never reach out to other people first. I have almost zero interest in talking to other people on this site outside of what's necessary for my communities(and like one other person).
