August Averis | The Bard
He/Him - Hollow - 305
August is the most famous bard in Klealetria. Few places on the continent have not heard his name. He spends much of his time in Everspire, Klealetriaโs capital city, though he often travels across the continent to perform. He is charming and enigmatic, and few people ever truly know him.
August likes dabbling in alchemy, chocolate milk, and teasing a certain stoic knight.
Appearance: August is tall and lean. He has vibrant green eyes, and wavy brown hair that curls slightly beneath his ears. Heโs often in glamour when performing.

Marianne Pearson | The Assistant
She/Her - Marked - 128 | Affinity: Aether
Marianne is the Archivistโs assistant at the Halidomโs Athenaeum. She loves loudly and refuses to let anything diminish her spirit. Marianne has rarely stepped beyond Everspire. Much of the world remains unfamiliar to her. She is compassionate, optimistic, and outgoing. Sometimes she can be her own harshest critic.
Marianne likes warm weather, her time spent in the Athenaeum, and meeting new people.
Appearance: Marianne is petite in stature, with soft brown eyes and wavy pastel pink hair. She has a lighter, often rosy complexion.

Evander Renadrine | The Archivist
He/Him - Marked - 245 | Affinity: Nocturne
Evander is the Archivist at the Halidomโs Athenaeum. Most of his time is spent surrounded by books and questioning things he probably shouldnโt. He is brilliant, reclusive, rarely gets more than four hours of sleep, and is often distracted. He occasionally lectures at the academy and is highly respected within the institution.
Evander likes peaceful places, the cold, and has a major sweet tooth.
Appearance: Pale and angular, Evander has violet eyes and short, messy dark blonde hair. His often looks tired and has a notably imposing height.

Elias is one of the few Marked from Brusca, a rural village populated primarily by Hollow. Heโs very close to his family and those who know him back home. Elias is kind, gentle, and attentive. He will be one of the friendliest faces at the academy. He has spent the last decade trying to heal his sick mother.
Elias likes wildflowers, picnics, and spending time with his friends.
Appearance: Elias has warm beige skin, golden eyes, short red hair, and dimples when he smiles, which he does often. He is lithe and of average height.

Valerie is a combat-focused student at the Halidom. She is observant, difficult to read, and fiercely independent. Valerie isnโt cold, but it may take her longer to warm up to you than it does others. She spends most of her time training and prefers non-enchanted weapons over enchanted ones.
Valerie likes night walks, daggers, and the hours when the Halidomโs training yard is the quietest.
Appearance: Valerie is strong and pale, with short black hair she cuts herself and hazel eyes. She is of average height and bears a noticeable neck tattoo from her years as a mercenary.

Faustina is a student at the Halidom and comes from one of Klealetriaโs oldest noble families. She is currently betrothed to a man from another noble house. Often composed, Faustina possesses a cool exterior that conceals a remarkably soft heart. When she seeks tranquility, she often retreats to a cottage she keeps far from the demands of noble life.
Faustina likes romantic novels, cooking for others, and the color blue.
Appearance: Faustina is tall and graceful. She has waist-length white-blond hair, grey eyes, and a cool dark complexion. Her features are delicate and elegant.

Rowan is an exceptional knight and the personal bodyguard to Klealetriaโs heir. He is stoic, reserved, and always on his guard. Rowan has spent decades protecting the royal family. He doesnโt say much, but when he does, he means every word. Rowan is rarely seen without the heir.
Rowan likes writing letters, the scent of petrichor, and early mornings.
Appearance: Rowan is tall and toned, with warm brown eyes and dark brown hair that reaches his throat. He has a fair complexion and a few facial piercings.

Astoria is the future queen of Klealetria. She is bold, ambitious, and carries herself with confidence. Astoria became heir after her older brother rejected the throne. She does not fear the future and rarely dwells on what lies beyond her control. Astoria also possesses a rebellious streak that occasionally clashes with her responsibilities.
Astoria likes lively nights, sweet wine, and spontaneous adventures.
Appearance: Astoria is taller than average, with sun-kissed skin, light green eyes, and honey-blond hair. She looks every bit the princess she was born to be.

Malachi is something between a pirate and a free captain. His ship is the Amaranth, and those who sail with him are his closest companions. When heโs not at sea, Malachi enjoys Everspireโs atmosphere and can often be found in its taverns. He is confident, adventurous, and a shameless flirt. His energy is unmatched.
Malachi likes afternoon naps, pranking his crew, and giving gifts.
Appearance: Malachi is slightly taller than average, with brown skin, striking amber eyes, and shoulder-length black hair. A long scar across his face serves as a reminder of an accident in his youth.
