Im not sure how indepth these answers will be because fsr the concept seems to tie my brain in knots a little.

and we'll say this is precorruption for simplicity sake!

Not NEARLY as much gets done. He isnt really an organized person, but he would probably do a lot more delegating into smaller teams to help manage things, much more focus on agriculture and making new resources!

Jadon managing prison

well. interesting. I think the prison would still be a hospital! jadon would focus on competence based healing maybe? using those powers of his to help those who have been hurt by specters or ghouls. I think he would get something out of being a doctor like that, its very fulfilling but tiring for him.

adam managing residential???

Would. adam be malachi's son?? im thinking too much about this.

Anyway, Adam would probably be taking over the district since its a bit of a smaller underraking compared to the others. Just help people find apartments, and shoo ghouls. In the case of this AU we'll say he is malachi's son, simply because I think malachi would be a better father. He is spread thin, but he doesnt chain his son to a wall.

anyway, adam is a little overwhelmed with managing a district, but given more support and feeling like he's able to ask questions means he would be able to succeed more.

tangent, since gaius is still the industry guardian but malachi is just managing the district. What if adam was THEIR son??? I just dont know... zaphkiel would not be able to get to gaius if hes just in charge of entertainment. Speaking of.

waaaay lower stress than industry thats for sure. I imagine entertainment wluld be more game and puzzle focused! it encourages people to think, though a few rides and maybe a nice garden for sitting in wouldnt hurt.
