Except for the fact that 90% of the time you are under contract not to talk about your salary otherwise the company can sue you. Every job I’ve had I’ve had to sign that I won’t discuss my pay with other employees otherwise my employment is terminated and the company will take legal action. 

It’s actually illegal for companies to forbid wage discussion, they’re just counting on you not knowing your rights.

When i worked at publix front service clerk for 8 years, worst job, while everyone made 15$ , the dickshit assistant manager took money from the front service clerks because he was jackass and it was because “ no one treated him with resepct “ he screwed up everyones scedual took people off , yelled at clerks who went to get carts , then yell at em again if they were busy bagging groceries for not getting carts , i started out with 15$ he deducted 11$ , when i quit he told me that i owed the comany 300$ , and i told himto get fucked and found out i cant get another job, due to the fucker wrote that i was a high school dropout druggie pot head that stole money , so dont ever work at plublix they employ doushbags
