Spiderwebs shoot from the floor, ceiling, and walls. They are strong, but can be broken, although it will take time. The grab onto Lerual's arms, legs, and torso, keeping her suspended in the air.
*she starts a fire that starts burning through the spider webs and her wings shoot out chains that tey to wrap around someone*
He breaks the chains with the scythe (it's made of a stronger material that it used to be, I haven't come up with a cool name yet) and sends out his own chains to tie Lerual's wings together.
(OK just for metal superiority it'll be: any other metal<seraphic iron<the scythe. Is that OK?)
(sounds good! Nowhere gave Them the metal used in it, and then Someone stole it, so I have no clue how strong it was intended to be, but since it was used to make any weapon imaginable, I can assume it's pretty strong)

He appears behind Lerual, yanking her down to the floor before the chains wrap around him.
As she gets up, he cuts himself out of the chains again.

He grips it in the center, breaking it in half cleanly, turning it into a pair of sickles.

He throws both of them at Lerual in an X shape. They are boomerang like, so even if they don't hit, they'll return to him.
