Snape who covered for Remus and taught the class how to identify and protect themselves against werewolves, in case Remus decided to endanger students (which he did, because he ended up forgetting his potion).

Snape who brought a goblet of Wolfsbane potion to Remus’s office when he realised Remus hadn’t taken it, only to spot Remus running to the Willow on the Marauder’s Map and following him without a second thought.

Snape who was dressed in drag in front of an entire class by Remus, who had humiliated a member of the staff during his first week of teaching.

Snape who found Sirius (who he believed was the one who betrayed the Potters) and Remus with three children in the Shrieking Shack (the same place where they almost killed him when he was 15) and decided to turn them in instead of acting on his hatred and killing Sirius, which he legally could’ve gotten away with.

Snape who placed an unconscious Sirius on a stretcher and carried him to the castle; a stark contrast to Sirius who purposefully kept bumping Snape’s already-injured head on the ceiling.

Snape who asked Dumbledore if he had forgotten how Sirius tried to kill him as a teenager, only to be dismissed.

Snape who kept his mouth shut about Remus, despite having been on opposite sides of the war at one point, and continued to keep his secret for the school year UNTIL Remus forgot his potion, which endangered Harry and Co and led to Sirius (who he STILL believed to be guilty) escaping again.
