I would like to think that this piece was the start of my journey. I had just had a rough talk with a friend and I was going to celebrate another. I was getting closer to God and starting my faith walk and I think now more than ever I think we all need to know that, His Love is Eternal. 🤍

Just having a transparent conversation.

The last few months of my life have been unfamiliar and eye opening. I’ve finally grown into a place where I don’t feel shame about how I decide to express myself publicly or privately. Art has allowed me to share deeper pieces of myself without even telling the story. I’ve been searching for myself for years on end as many of us have and I finally found myself. That came from deciding to choose and put me first instead of everyone and everything else.

I actually love sketching now lol. I know I just started and it can be frustrating but I feel like I’m already learning so much and I can’t wait to grow and expand past where I am now. Growth can change everything when you allow it to happen.

Have no fear and remember that you are on the path that God walked before you. There is coverage wherever you go. I love y’all and I’ll see you soon!

Sometimes good rest is all we need but with the world moving so fast around us it feels like there’s no time. Resting is never a setback. Allowing yourself time to reset is exactly what you may need to lock back into your passions and to get the tedious work done.

Let God restore you to your full self! I know it can be hard to take a step back but I’m sure having 1 day off will be a lot better than 2 weeks.

Y’all I had a great time this past Saturday making my new vision board! This wasn’t even in my plans this weekend but sometimes God has other plans and this was definitely the best way to spend my day! Thank you to Asia of Grateful Inc for this amazing event! God was definitely in this place and I’m thankful that I was able to have this experience 🤍

Yeah this is not the content I planned on making last night but I’m still sharing it. Art is new to me, which means this is a whole new process that I’ve never experienced.

Full transparency, I’m the type to give up if I don’t get it right the first time lol. But it’s different this time around. I want to figure it out. I want to be better and I want to see my art the way I envisioned it. The only way to do that is through making mistakes like these.

This was an experience that I didn’t know I needed. As an up and coming artist, there’s so many questions that you have and being able to sit and listen to more experienced artists is something of great value.
