slow blinks, almost feline-like, as haruka meets sylus' stare head on. he knew what the taller man was trying to do, knew he was trying to get some kind of reaction out of him. but this was haruka, and since when did he ever back down from an unspoken challenge?
a soft sigh, haruka's stance shifting from one side to the other, gaze lazily drifting to the side only to land on mephisto, watching, waiting. a thought strikes then, blue turning to lock onto ruby once more.
“ manners were out the door the moment you had your crow and the twins keeping watch of me. ” a fact sylus couldn't deny, but one he would probably try to anyways, because just like himself, sylus was also stubborn in his own way.
then a shrug, expression remaining impassive in it's usual stoic fashion. “ figured you would know by now. ” the corner of his mouth quirks up into a bit of a smirk, taunting as if trying to see where sylus' button was. “ or were you going to follow after me yourself? ”
