You might remember that about 2 years ago we put the Jackass spin off on our future list when Scarlet Beriko announced it. Then I quit scanlation but since I'm back I'd still like to work on it. But unfortunately, I don't have a translator. So if there's anyone out there who's fluent in japanese and english and would like to work on this one, please dm meeee ❤️

In Given, the song Still Crazy after all these Years by Paul Simon was discussed by Ugetsu in chapter 21.5 of Vol 4  - though mentioned by the japanese title of In the flow of time, and in episode 11 of the anime, the cd of the same name is one of those given to Mafuyu by Akihiko.

In Hikari no ko 3, when Oikawa wakes from his dreams… Still Crazy after all these Years is also the song playing in the background.

Anime News Network has just released a report with confirmation from previous employees of Amimaru that they were paid $1 per page to typeset manga.

I encourage all of you to reblog this if you care about the pay of workers (either here or on other sites like twitter!) and here’s just a few ideas of what you can do to help fix this issue.

Ways you can make a difference:

-Post your outrage on all your social media (twitter, discord, instagram, tumblr, facebook, youtube, anywhere!)

-Tag these companies, tag anime fan/review sites, tag anyone and get the word out so consumers can make an informed choice when buying BL from companies that don’t pay workers fairly -Show your support to professional translators/letterers/cleaners on social media -Most importantly, don’t patronize companies that support these horrible standards until they make a change and announce it publicly.  (companies using Amimaru like Futekiya, their sister site MangaPlanet, their parent company Fantasista Inc, Renta, Coolmic etc)

I love BL, I have for 20 years of my life. But as a person in the LGBT community and the BL community, I’m appalled and saddened and furious at all this.

Like I said, I love BL, but I don’t want it if it’s coming at the expense of people.

Today’s release was a struggle because we really need Japanese translators. If you’d like to see us release more often please help us spread the word so we can find Japanese translators that are willing to help out. Today we have Orikou Yaju Niwa Aragaenai chapter 5 and Suzuki to Ouji no Senya Ichiya chapter 5. There’s still an extra chapter left in Orikou so please look forward to that whenever we find more translators. ಠ╭╮ಠ

Hello!! Hope everyone who’s reading this is fine!

I’m having a bit of trouble with Hanakoi’s chapter 33. Hoka has gone missing since March, so I’m trying to find someone who could provide me the raws from Dear+ for this chapter, released in february. I’ve asked LaCruciatus, but she does not have that issue and she has told me that’s no longer available in its digital version T_T

I’d prefer the digital version as I’m not very energetic these days. Well, to be honest, I’m energetic some days, some days not. So I’d rather have a chapter in digital that takes me 1-2 days to clean than a magazine raw, which takes me around 10-15 days and I might have one of those slumps in between. Yes, that’s why you don’t get them more often, every chapter takes a while to clean and I’m a perfectionist, Hanakoi has been done with physical raws since the beginning, except for the extras from the tankos, and that’s only the cleaning.

Long story short, if you have Hanakoi Tsurane’s chapter 33 and you can provide it, contact me, I’m DM friendly XD If it’s digital, better. But considering that the digital version is no longer buyable, I’m open to accept magazine raws, though I don’t know how long it’ll take for me to clean them, sorry. Time’s are tough for my brain and my ability to focus.
