Sculpting Muscles

Hello! I'm a first-year medical student and whole lot of things fascinate me. I studied art in college, and I'm bringing my creativity with me into medicine. I have been a vegetarian for 13 years, and have dabbled in veganism, fruitarianism, and intermittent fasting. I also really enjoy cooking, being outside, and going to the gym. I'm not a registered dietician/trainer, so my only knowledge is from my own research and experiences. On this blog you can expect fitness-related content, recipes (both reblogged and my own), occasional art stuff, occasional science stuff, and a few ranrom things. I love talking to people, so don't be a stranger! I'm the first person in my family to become a doctor, and it was a long, daunting journey for me to move from art to medicine, so I am absolutely available to give advice to anyone that is similarly trying to enter medicine as an outsider.
