Since my dad passed away a few weeks ago now people have said some really comforting things and some really down right stupid infuriating things.

1. Do not tell me Cannibis cures cancer because you are the stupidest form of stupid it might ease the pain but if you actually believe it ‘eats cancer cells’ like I’ve been told by so many weed preachers you might as well believe in holy water and the Loch Ness monster.

2. Don’t tell me you know how I feel because your neighbour died of cancer... because you didnt spend every second of your childhood with that person, they weren’t family, your best friend, your role model and ultimately your dad and it’s just point blank not the same. You didn’t watch the man who was always super human lose his identity, his ability to eat, drink and breathe on his own. So kindly shut the fuck up.
