Nemik’s manifesto.

There will be times when the struggle seems impossible. I know this already. Alone, unsure, dwarfed by the scale of the enemy. Remember this: Freedom is a pure idea. It occurs spontaneously and without instruction.

Random acts of insurrection are occurring constantly throughout the galaxy. There are whole armies, battalions that have no idea that they’ve already enlisted in the cause. Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

And then remember this: The Imperial need for control is so desperate because it is so unnatural. Tyranny requires constant effort. It breaks, it leaks. Authority is brittle. Oppression is the mask of fear.

And know this: the day will come when all these skirmishes and battles, these moments of defiance will have flooded the banks of the Empire’s authority and then there will be one too many. One single thing will break the siege. 

24 hours later, my thoughts on the new quinn interview:

1. the RASP in his voice when he says “I did and now I don’t. My arms already tired.” oh god help me

2. HIS LAUGH NOOOO I FEEL LIKE I’VE BEEN SHOT

3. “Don’t remember it being this comfy. Gonna have to ship this to van.” interview hasn’t even started and he’s already cracking jokes oh i am so up

4. his fingers before he put his hand in the glove mmmmmmmm hi

5. colby tapped quinn’s thigh plssssssss AND THEN QUINN TAPPED HIS BACK WAIT-

6. his annunciation for a bit there was so aggressive 😭 but i’ve noticed he does that sometimes and i kinda love it tbh. perhaps it’s when he gets excited? idk but i imagine him accidentally spitting as a result.

7. he was soooo relaxed like he’s yapping, telling stories unprompted, i love it. literally all colby said was “How are mum and dad” and quinn took him on a JOURNEY

8. he’s just so smiley talking about his family. and the “jimmy” STOPPPPPP

9. HIS IMPRESSION OF HIS DAD PLS also the image of jim close to tears on the couch over doing well in GOLF pls that’s gonna be quinn one day i know it

10. the bouncing of his leg and fidgeting with his stick <3

11. hughes reality show - “might be in the works” he’s being silly!!!!!! i love it when he’s silly!!!!!!

12. he was just so relaxed in this like yea quinn let loose baby have some fun!!!!
