Although the stare flattered her, in a sense, she got a little creeped but not really. Shrugging off the other’s odd stare, she smiled when she heard the other’s name. Never. What an odd name. But, who was she to judge? Celestia wasn’t exactly a normal name either. Hm.

“My skin, huh? If you want it so badly, make your own~” she giggled a little– “I’m out and about only because this stupid city has offered no new and exciting information or people…Not until I saw you anyhow.” Celes analyzed her surroundings real quick before looking back at the other. “How about you, young one? Why are you out so late?”

    Never raised a finger to her lips, a small and coy little giggle bubbling through her lips. Her eye were alight with the fiery gleam of play- oh, how she was having fun. Prowling the streets for the next forgotten soul who nobody would miss if she spirited them away, playing games with their minds and toying their hearts. She was certainly a pretty face- her skin almost seemed too perfect. Artificial. But it had to be natural... otherwise was only seen in the movies.

On yet another boring search for some sort of entertainment, Celes skipped along the city streets happilly. She wasn’t really satisfied with nights turn-out so far though, when she heard about how fascinating people can be, Celes smiled and followed the voice. When she layed eyes upon the other she smiled and got a little giddy. This one seems interesting.

When asked the inquiry of whom she may be, Celes replied honestly for once in her miserable life. “Me? I’m Celestia, or you could just refer to me as Celes. I don’t care.” she replied shrugging. “I suppose I could be asking the same to you.”

    Never gazes upon the other, her round curious eyes looking over the pale features of the other. Beautiful, just beautiful, like a doll. Never pauses, practically studying the other's skin, it almost made her like headed how much she was already enjoying the new subject of her longing stare. Never skipped over, wanting to instantly reach out and touch the other's porcelain visage, rub her cheeks against the others, and coo over the beauty. Use it as a reference point next time she tries to make skin herself. But Never refrains, and simply smiles in response to Celestia's words.

     "My name is Never! It's a pleasure to meet you, Celestia! Oh dear, forgive me if I'm being too brazen in this moment, but you're absolutely gorgeous. I would love to have that skin... anyways, what are you doing here? I hardly see pretty lady's out at this hour."

    Never's soft steps resonate throughout the dark alleyway, thumping quietly to a rhythmic beat. Skipping cheerfully, looking for something... or someone, to snatch up for her own. Who knows what for but surely, as a Mad Scientist, it isn't very pretty. Never peers down at people who are resting or without a home, either jeering or smiling at whoever responds to her dearing call. Her voice is sweet, and caring. But it's almost sickeningly sweet, how she kneels down, carresses an unknown persons face, murmuring how it's love at first sight, and how she'll return eventually to get a taste of that skin. This dark alley was her home, and her main place to be in terms of stealing people away for her experiments- whatever those may be.

     "Uwah! That's it for today! Awe, I'm so sad! I don't wanna go, the people on the street are so fascinating. Uwwwhhh..."

    Never's nose scrunches up, and she lets out a long huff as she begins to leave the street. But not until she catches sight of somebody new! Somebody out of the ordinary, and not the normal sight in an alleyway.
