That said, Starlow. Mainly because Dream Team made it clear they CONSIDERED giving her some development and having her lighten up on Luigi before Paper Jam chickened out of that.

At least Boom fucked up a new idea - Paper Mario had the likes of Thousand Year Door under its belt, the fact that they’d fall to Sticker Star is a fucking insult to that masterpiece.
