Have you ever seen Beryl Shereshewsky on Youtube? I think you would really love her channel, she asks her subscribers for recipes based on an ingredient and then they send her videos talking about the recipe/their history with it while she cooks it and tries it for the first time. There's food combinations from other countries that I never would have dreamt of. She's really upbeat and respectful, nothing is "gross" or "weird" even when she doesn't like something. She's really into how food creates community and how you might not like an ingredient in one way but you could love it in another preparation if you give it another chance, very positive and interesting videos!
