My name is Salem Al-Anqar, a 26-year-old man. I lived a simple life, full of hope and hard work in Gaza. I owned an electrical and mechanical workshop for cars, as well as a car wash. Every day, I woke up with enthusiasm to build my future and provide the best for my family.

But life in Gaza does not keep anything beautiful. The recent war that devastated us was a nightmare that cannot be described. I saw my dreams crumble before my eyes. I lost my workshop, my car wash, and everything I built through years of hard work and dedication. But the biggest blow wasn't in losing material things—it was in losing myself.

During one of the random bombings, a shrapnel hit my back. That was the moment that changed my life forever. I woke up to find myself unable to move the lower half of my body. I, who once stood on my feet for hours, working, building, and helping others, am now confined to a wheelchair, living in a daily struggle with pain and despair.

I searched for any glimmer of hope that could restore my life. I spent all the money I had and traveled to Sweden in search of treatment that could change my fate. I spent everything I had accumulated throughout my life on doctors, consultations, and tests, but I am still far from recovery.

The doctors confirmed that the only solution is a series of complex surgeries that might restore my ability to move. But these surgeries are not ordinary; they are risky, with a success rate of no more than 10%. The costs are extremely high, in addition to the necessary treatments for me to walk again. The total cost for these surgeries and treatments exceeds 1,000,000 Swedish Krona.

I am now completely unable to cover these costs after having spent everything I had. Life has become an unbearable burden, but I still cling to the last thread of hope write these words now with a heavy heart, but with great faith in the humanity and compassion of others. All I ask for is a chance to restore my life.

Hello. Short version: For the past several months I have been paying my rent by making two separate payments at the beginning and toward the end of the month since my income doesn't allow me to cover the rent in one payment. I get paid three times in October so I opted to use my check at the beginning of the month to get on top of my other bills and get groceries.

Unfortunately yesterday my apartment gave me this notice that gives me until the 20th to have my rent paid in full or I will have an eviction filed. In the past I have been able to talk to my landlady and negotiate but she has explained that this is coming down from upper management.

I get paid on the 17th and am planning to put around 900 dollars of that onto this rent payment and I'm going to sell what I can in the meantime to get me closer, but realistically I am not going to reach the total, which is 1752.80.

I am Najah Al-Hila, married to Khaled Muqdad from Gaza City. I am a mother of four young children. My family consists of Waleed, 9 years old, Mira, 6 years old, Ahmed, and Mayar, 3 years old.

Ahmed suffered from head cramps and increased electricity after his birth. He was given medication and had blood tests done every two months to make sure his health was stable. He suffered from these cramps in 2021. My husband also suffered from liver and digestive system problems five years ago and is still suffering from these problems. Over time, my husband was injured during the war, which made things worse for him. We thank God for everything. Because of the instability and unavailability of the medication, we face difficulties in buying medications due to their high prices. Now life has become very difficult and the prices of medications have increased due to their scarcity. Things have become more difficult due to the lack of money and his expensive treatment, which has led to its unavailability due to money. I hope that all donors and supporters will not forget Ahmed and his father Khaled in alleviating their pain by providing the costs of his treatment and buying him the appropriate medicine and food. We also do not forget his brothers from the malnutrition they suffered from during this difficult period.

Please everyone pay attention, I have been away from you for a while due to my health condition. I hope this situation is taken seriously.
