God that would give it so many layers, a burnt out and amnesia rodden Blackfoot, who actually used to be like the fucking second in command of Tigerclan, and fucking Fire as his companion trying to figure out "Wait is this fr or is he fucking with me?" Is SO GOOD

Yeah, that was my thoughts exactly!!! Obviously, the plot would need to be worked around this, but a blackfoot who is trying to be better while remembering small snippets of his corrupt past? While being basically hungover and dealing with a lethal amount of alcohol in his system? And oh, there is also the murder investigation going on? That's a very fun concept to play with

I think part of what is making young people lonelier, in discussing why they're increasingly isolated, is that they're so afraid of meeting someone who doesn't hold their same beliefs, and instead of being just core beliefs it is kinda ancillary shit.

It's actually okay to disagree even on social topics! Even on some political ones! But I mean, online you can start with "i love this mutual but they have a really bad/uninformed opinion about x media"

But seriously, as someone who has spent two decades doing community organization: finding ways to connect with different people is so so so important. There are people i follow here who ate 80% smart and their brain falls out of their head 20% of the time and that is GOOD FOR MY MENTAL ECOSYSTEM AND GOOD FOR LEARNING HOW TO BE A PERSON

As of right now, I'm not deleting any of my other fics; the impossible life of a SkyClan warrior and be still my foolish heart are both on hiatus and I don't know when I will update either of them again, but I do plan to eventually complete them both.

Again I don't want to ramble, but flesh and bone is my proudest work and writing it got me through the darkest time of my life. I will always have endless love for it, and I will always be so appreciative of the support it received along the way. I treasure every single kudos/comment/bookmark/silent reader.
