I’ve had so many knives stuck into me, when they hand me a flower I can’t quite make out what it is. It takes time.

Don’t assume, ask. Be kind. Tell the truth. Don’t say anything you can’t stand behind fully. Have integrity. Tell people how you feel.

When you decide to leave a person when they need you the most, remember you can never make up for that abandonment, remember you can’t break a soul then make it up again. Remember humans don’t work that way. They will survive though, flowers will grow out of the wound which you gave them but they will always remember you as the person who gave them darkness when they needed hope.

Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress; working hard for something we love is called passion.

I like people who have a sense of individuality. I love expression and anything awkward and imperfect, because that’s natural and that’s real.
