Bro I’m so paranoid lmfao 🤣 literally I’m terrified someone will break into my new place

Just got outta the psych hospital again. Nurses and staff either were nice or talked shit behind your back, huff and puff when you need something (ex. Go to the bathroom) a staff no one told me the dryer was broken and when I went to get my clothes and ask what to do the lady said “i don’t know” then walked away. Asked the nurse and she was very nice about it and brought my clothes to another unit to be dried. Staff that are not the best I feel “why do they work here?” They complain and just look at you in a way that just inducing so much anxiety. It made me and my one friend along with others anxiety to confront the staff about things we needed. Idk just thinking. I can’t possibly understand how someone like that work with the obviously mentally ill and how they react can trigger them.

Do you ever just like, don’t know if you’re legitimately just paranoid or if your intuition is right? Literally feel like my brain is tricking me once again into making people think I’m crazy. Again.

Do you ever question ever like, “why do I have this mental illness?” Like I get so frustrated with my symptoms.. i hate seeing things staring at me, I hate the voices that I can’t tell if people are actually talking to me or not, I hate not knowing if I’m in a coma or not. Like idk. Shit just sucks man.

Does anything make your psychosis symptoms worse? Stress makes mine worse, so I’m just wondering about others! Also what makes your psychosis symptoms better if they can be better?

Hello! I’m sorry it’s been a long time to the people who follow me. Honestly after a incident I’ve been unmedicated for a while and my mental health hasn’t been doing the best so I have been isolating a lot and then I got sick and it made my mental health worse. I’m trying to get back on my medication and then I’ll try to start posting again. Again I apologize for not posting at like all, I hope everyone is doing the best that they can and even if you’re not okay it’s okay to be not okay, you are trying your very best:)

That means you’re not alone, others suffer the same that you do but sometimes it hard to find others to relate to but they are there hidden among the numbers of people there are in this world.

Ur mental illness dosent define u. U are more than ur mental illness no matter what anyone says. It might be hard to believe for some but it’s true, you are more than what you think.
