   ”Y-You are not going to answer me, are you?” She spoke mostly to herself, feeling frazzled at the suddenly difficult situation she was in. Giving a sigh, Ava’s gaze fell on a nearby tree stump, and for just a moment she allowed herself to sit on it so she could think.

   ”This is all such a horrible mess. Why would the glowing thing lead me to you if you can’t help me?”

   It was a moment of selfishness, but Ava was too caught up in her own worry to notice anything else besides her troubles. Giving a deep sigh and brushing hair out of her face, Ava looked back at the woman, still confused as to what this meeting was to signify.

Noise is perceived and it seems she is speaking to the mad woman, undetectable syllables that can resemble a moment of pity presented over her own fortune -- in fact, fate has threaded an awful meeting that can only leave disappointment but Casca can scarcely realize the motive of her concern. 

❝Aaaah...❞ Reaching out for the other, a hand placed upon her shoulder more out of impulse rather than because of empathy. Comforting another, perhaps it must be a common thing to do for the former mercenary but how can she know? Her inner workings were simple, a blank page in her mind allowing a more peculiar process of vague thoughts.

                       ”………………”

                “Hello?”

   Nothing. This was all so stupid, or so Ava thought. Barely three days on this new planet and she had been attacked by fairies, pushed in the mud, laughed at, choked, and had witnessed the entire city fight off monsters. She had been told this was normal, but how could those words truly give away the state that this place was in.

   She found herself in an new place, or a new sector as the locals called it. Water up to her knees, Ava’s hands were kept busy as she began to swat away flies that drifted into her vision. She felt very foolish wandering off from the beautiful forest she had arrived in, and now her legs were half covered in mud. Everything began to look the same, and it wasn’t long before Ava knew that she had gotten herself lost.

   Whatever path she was on, however, was halted as her eyes caught upon a floating blue sphere not to far in front of her. It’s presence startled her, and yet Ava felt compelled to move closer. It was foolish to follow, she knew this, and yet, she could help herself. The light pulled at her feet, making it impossible to look away. Until, finally, the light disappeared, and in front of her was a woman, dark hair down to her waist and standing in the same swamp Ava was.

   Ava wasn’t even sure just how long she had been walking, or how far, but as she moved forward, she greeted the person in front of her. 

Yet, it was strangely soothing to accept you're nobody.

Head turned at the ring of a feminine voice, darker eyes blinked at the sight but didn't grant a reply, acknowledging the presence in a silent fashion. As of late, words remained stuck at the tip of her tongue and although capable before of holding a conversation, she had become accustomed rather quick to not utter a syllable anymore.

Arms rested lazily at her sides and it was only until a short pause that she walked at an alarming quick pace in order to observe further the other female. It's not easy to comprehend the reason, perhaps her choices relied on more bestial instincts or raw interest. Who knows? Maybe there wasn't a profound answer and it was only for the sake of doing so. Personal space, appreciated and respected at one point; was shamelessly invaded as if those values that once were hold in high regard were pushed aside just to watch her without coming into physical contact.

Rumors of the presence of the Holy Grail have been reported at Castle Town. Follow these rumors to the core of the Gates of Hell, where the cup is being jealously guarded by hoards of demons, ghosts, incubi/succubi, and all manner of other terrible creatures.

His ability to reason was slowly slipping away from him. More and more he became incapable of voicing his thoughts, words occasionally substituted with feral roars and strained grunts. The further his physiology changed, the easier it was for the Armor’s influence to overwhelm and control him. Guts was little more than a puppet on a string, a mindless drone dancing to the tune of a sinister melody. But even with this influence clouding his mind, he was still resolute as to pursue one thing.

The Grail

Though information was minimal, many had claimed that it was capable of granting the wielder one wish. It was no surprise that there would be bounties set for it’s retrieval, especially with the dangers that accompanied such a quest. If it truly was what others said it was, if it could indeed grant others their innermost desires..

"Mine.. Mine.. Mine..”

He needed it. He needed to have it. With such an item in his hands, he could right every wrong. Eliminate the bloody history that made up his life and those of his comrades. With such an item in his hands.. Just maybe the Hawks could fly again. In a world where Griffith had not been tempted by power.

The bodies that lay in his wake told the story. The story of how badly he wanted it. Of how far he would go to obtain it. And how far he had fallen to the influence of the dark beast inside of him.

“MIIIIIINE!”

Let the others come. Any obstacle will be ripped to shreds. For a better future, for his world’s future, that Grail will be his.

Nonetheless, a part of herself will constantly attempt to break the comfortability she placed in denial, whilst she intended to not face suffering... there is an existence different to her own, that opposing the path of disposing memories aside; he opted for a route in which his grudge has blinded the good within his heart.

His presence induced fear though she does not comprehend the motive behind, her body shook but she was unaware of the motive. Whoever he was -- whatever he represented, was he supposed to be of a great significance to her? To Casca? Now she can't tell for sure but there is a stubborn side that pulls her to stay and not run from this menacing figure that scarcely resembled a hound.
