What I love doing, binge watching Netflix, take a hot bubble bath and blast some music (halsey & ed sheeran are my faves right now), read a book, bake some cookies or cupcakes, make a hot chocolate and curl up in bed, color in or draw x
I was clean for two months. After I got out of the hospital I was doing ok. But everything just feels wrong. I hate myself more than ever I've been cutting a lot recently. Why does shit suck so damn much?

Thanku so much <3 I feel stupid.. but my job requires me to sometimes go to these 'events.' Basically I work for a company that sells alcohol, and we hold 'tasting events' for customers. I suffer from extreme social anxiety, & the people get so drunk and loud and I just can't stand it :( I have been to two so far & had to cry in the toilet during both of them cus I cant cope :( I Dont know how to explain to my boss that I cant manage them.. I need to be taken seriously :( What would you do? :( x
I’d tell your boss that you get very anxious in situations and you feel that it’s too much for your health to be doing these events, but you’d do anything else he can suggest. - What I've felt helped me when I started working in a social club (I was behind the bar) was when the people are drunk, just focus on your breathing, don’t get yourself worked up, try and stay calm, I know it’s so difficult when they’re so loud, but once you can teach yourself to block out the noise, everything gets easier x
