really annoys me how so many people take louie controlling the titan dweevil as canon when its explicitly left up to interpretation. people usually cite the hocotate freight ship saying he “hijacked the dweevils brain” on the king of bugs sales pitch but like. the ship more often than not exaggerates or just straight up makes stuff up for sales pitches. i mean, what sounds more interesting, “employee got carried around by a giant bug” or “employee hijacked a giant bugs brain and used it to try and kill his boss”. even olimars notes bring up the possibility that he was controlling the dweevil, but then he immediately disregards the idea as being “craziness”
