Hellooo, Trickster?!

A while back I saw a couple of templates this Fluff Alphabet concept is based on. Unfortunately I cannot remember which(really not intentional, id never copy ideas/templates on purpose) . If you think I've gotten inspired reading your work, please let me know! 

A = Admiration (What does he absolutely adore/admire about you?)

-Your ability to always stay calm. It amazes him how you stay calm no matter what happens. When there's an emergency you´re able to keep your shit together and do something about it.

Yes. Yes. Yesssssss. I cannot express how much this man wants to start a family with his one great love.  Even with all the crap he has seen, the idea of bringing something as pure and innocent as a baby into this world with you is very appealing.

You could have Aldo hanging around your neck and Wicki winking at you and he won't give it a second thought. He trusts these boys with anything. However, these are not things strange men should do if they like having nuts. Or eating without a straw. Seriously, he knows you can handle yourself perfectly fine but he just doesn't trust others. He knows what men are capable of and he is protective AF. No one gets near his princess. Not that anyone that knows this huge man belongs to you would try anything. 

K = Kiss (How does he kiss? Who initiated the first kiss?)

He kissed you on the lips first. You´d kissed his cheek long before that. You usually did when saying goodbye. This time he just couldn't help himself. You were so close to him, laughing at his jokes, touching his arm. He kissed you firmly on the lips, waiting for a response from you. If you do actually get in a fight, Donny gets uncharacteristically quiet. To be honest, it kind of scares you, even though he would never do anything to hurt you. After you've cooled off he comes up to you to make up. 

N = no (what is their pet peeve?)

Loud chewing, rude people, people that clip their nails in public, and socks that get lost in the laundry. WHERE DO THEY GO??? 

O = Orange (which color reminds him of you?)

This is so utterly fucking cheesy, but the colour that reminds him most of you is red. It is the colour of love. Donny always has been and will be a sucker for cheesy things. He also likes to ask you if it hurt when you fell from heaven. Get matching coffee cups. 

P = parent (what kind of parent would they be?)

He's quite protective of his kids, especially of his baby girl. Real papa Bear material. I pity the boy that wants to date his daughter…. He can be tough at times, especially when they did something he really dislikes like being disrespectful or lying. He would never hurt his kids but he would ground them in a heartbeat. That said, he would do anything for his kids as he´d do for you. 

Q = Queasy (How they handle being sick or you being sick)

When you get sick, he's such a sweetheart. He fluffs your pillow, gets you medicine and attempts to make you soup to help you feel better (he can't cook to save his life, so you can imagine how well that went). You often tell him you can actually get around and so some chores with a bit of a temperature or a simple stomach ache. He won't have any of that though. 

Donny doesn't get sick often, but when he does he is such a man about it. 

R = Rainy Day (what does he like to do with you on rainy days?) Stay in. Get cozy. Play games. Have friends over. Have some drinks.

S = smile (what makes them smile without fail) Your face when you have to get out of bed in the morning: a slightly grumpy, sleepy bed head looking up at him. You being overly excited about a pet or animal. You surprising him with a hug.

T = together (how clingy are they? How long do you two spend together per day on average)

Donny works quite a lot and he works hard. He takes care of his family and likes to spend a good amount of time with them (he takes you with him of course ). You don't have a lot of alone time. However, as soon as he comes home from work he quickly makes his way to you to sweep you up in his arms and shows you how much he missed you during the day. He then spends the next half hour following you around in the kitchen.

Usually, no. But if he’s in a funny mood (and he has a wicked sense of humour) he’ll use all sort of stuff to restrain you. Rope? Yep. Ties? Yep. Cuffs off the Nazi he just split the skull of? Yep, but loosely. 

U = Unfair

Donny can and will tolerate about 0.1 seconds of teasing. While it greatly turns him on when you tease him in public or with his mates in the room, he prefers just taking what he wants, when he wants it. He’s also way too enthusiastic to tease you much. 

V = Volume

When you’re in a safe place, he’s loud as hell. Moaning, saying all sorts of things.  Like how good you feel or how he’s gonna make you scream. He also loves when you’re vocal. At least he’s sure he’s doing it right then. When you’re in a more risky place, he tries to be quiet. The key is tries here. He can’t whisper to save his life and this also translates to the bedroom. 

W = Wildcard

He gets enthralled watching you cook for him, making him feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. He himself can’t cook for shit. He does do the dishes. He isn’t interested in learning either. But, he is passionate about eating food…. and has a real soft spot for sugar. So when he sees you concentrated cooking or baking for him he can’t help but watch you affectionately. He always tells you how good everything tastes and never passes up a spoon of batter to lick. Call him old fashioned, but nothin’ beats a delicious homecooked meal and it certainly deserves a reward afterwards. 

Bonus: At first, he wanted to protect you from what kind of job he was doing. Scared seeing him doing his thing as‘ the bear Jew’ might make you freak out and sprint. When it couldn’t be avoided he almost jumped out of his own skin monitoring your reaction. How glad he was when he found it you found it when he got as pumped up as he was. Adrenaline sex is awesome, and leads to many risky, awesome quickies. 

X = X-Ray

When you first met him you thought all that rowdy behaviour must be compensating for something. Boy, were you wrong. Magnificent and veiny as hell. 

Y = Yearning

There is no limit to this man’s yearning. His libido is through the roof, honestly. At first you thought after a while he’d give you some rest but nuh-uh. If there’s any possibility he can get some he’ll try and get some.  

Z = Zzz

It had been a little over a month since the whole incident. A month full of people feeling sorry for you, people thinking you were completely traumatized, people finding it weird you didn't go to the funerals of the girls that didnt like you the slightest anyaways. But also a month full of thoughts about the person that held you captive. About Hedwig, about Patricia, about Dennis of course and about the Beast. What exactly did he mean? And why did he think it necessary to taste your skin?

In the meantime you had learnt about him having not four but twenty-four personalities! How in the world is that even possible? You had been up full nights trying to get your hands on as much information on DIS and you captor as possible.

Your captor had initially been Kevin Wendell Crumb. A man with an incredible backstory. Incredibly sad and painful that is. Hell, if you were him you´d run off to try and find some peace as well. The poor thing. If you could go back in time and save him from his faith you would.

What also happened is that he was caught! Together with the Overseer, who was trying to stop him. They were caught when fighting, and the authorities were boasting about a certain use of lighting to control him. To contain him. To force him to change personalities.

To say you were obsessed with the news after that was a bit of an understatement. More and more details were released as time passed. His dad did not leave him at all, no, he was killed in the same traincrash that ´created´ the Overseer. And the person guilty for that was the one pining him and Dunn against each other. How ironic. What a plot twist.

Oh and he´d died. Everybody died, actually. Another thing you had´nt seen coming. Is it weird to still be curious about the promise the Beast had made you? Is it weird to wonder if the other personalities knew what he´d said? Thought about things the same way as he did? So many questions and no one to answer them.

No one to ask them either. To your luck, you were forced to weekly see a psychiatrist. Police´s orders… Or whoever was in charge. You didn´t dare ask anyone honestly. Especially them. You weren´t really keen on being declared insane and spending the rest of your life in a mental institution, thank you very much.

So, all you could do was torment yourself with all these thoughts. Fantasies. Reflections. Speculations. It was all over, yet there was a little nagging voice at the back of your mind. One that did not shut up saying ´this isn´t´ over.

Once again you were mulling over your thoughts in bed. It was late in the evening. The streets were dark outside and the lights were on. People were happy again, not scared anymore since they believed all ´baddies´ were gone. Fixing your pillow for the last time and turning off your bedside lamp you got comfortable under your blankets. Hoping to fall asleep quick, so tomorrow you can start your day of overthinking and contemplating everything all over again nice and rested.

And it almost worked. Your eyes felt heavy, you felt yourself drifting off, slipping out of consciousness. When the last thing you saw before falling asleep was a shadow, a figure standing in the frame of your bedroom door. A frame you´d recognize anywhere, anytime. But how is that possible? It can´t be?

Standing there, straight up. All neat and tidy and wearing glasses.

He smiled at you. A genuine smile. Who would’ve thought.

“I want to give them a message.”

And as quickly as it came it faded.

“I want them to know I’m not abandoning them. That they should go. Don’t worry I won’t tell why I’m staying behind I’m not as dumb as I look. I’ll make something up. Like ‘I’m pregnant’ or something.”

He looked pretty pissed off at the idea.

“Possessive already, calm down sailer?”

After sneaking aboard the ship and leaving a pretty elaborate note you left for the house again. Against your better judgement you’d hidden a message within that your captain would likely find out about days at sea. It mentioned Beckett’s name. Smiling at your own cleverness, you descended down the town’s road. Stepping on the pebbled, you notices your choice of clothing. Eh, you wouldn’t have to wear dresses, would you? You never understood why the other girls that that to themselves in your old life and you were infamous for it. The improper Admiral's daughter. You would always prefer your black slacks and blouse with a dark green coat and leather boots. Pretty simple, but typically you. And a sword, three knives an’ two guns. Also typically you.

You closed your eyes, took a deep breath and entered the wooden house again. The first step through the door and into your new life. The first thing you saw was your ahem, betrothed, in the seating area. Only for the first time without the fancy costume and wig. He was almost too focused on reading a piece of parchment by the candle’s light to notice you coming in. His dark brown hair hung over his grey eyes. He had discarded his coats and shawl, thus wearing only boots, trousers and dress shirt. Well, you could say this was a new look.

“Well, don’t be shy, come and join me.” He beckoned.

Awkwardly, you made your way over to the couch and sat down next to him.

“Well i certainly hope you walk less like a newborn deer on our wedding, one might think it was not voluntary.” And funny, so that’s new too.

“You seem pretty relaxed. Who says I won’t stab you as soon as you’re off guard?” you asked.

He put the paper aside “You are a lot of things, (Y/N), but a traitor you’re not. If you give your word you keep to it.”

“And where did you follow your course on me and my mind?”

“Well, smart arse, you kept your word when you were younger and on the sea. You still have honour. Unlike you, I observe and think before doing something.”

Well, he might be right about that.

Suddenly, he stood up and got something out of his luggage. “I believe this is in order to fulfill our deal?” It was an engagement ring. It was golden, adorned with one big stone and several smaller ones.

“You sure know how to charm a girl, such a romantic.” You deadpanned

“Being a romantic was never my strong point.”

You smiled at him and put out your hand, on which he slid the ring. Bringing it up, you inspected it. It was pretty.

In an instant, you noticed how close he actually was. You were approximately 6 inches from each other. You could see him looking at you in the candlelight. You could smell the cleanliness and mild aftershave and the sea. You must have been staring too.

You’re a dear friend to the Pearl’s crew. But, you also get busted. Will you do what you must to save them?

Never once had you doubted yourself this much. This. This was against all your principles.

It was quite deep in the night. You had reached the dock of a small city earlier this day, unsuspecting and glad to have your feet on the mainland for a while. You’d split from the rest of the Black Pearl’s crew in the afternoon to enjoy some time alone roaming around.

Sure, you loved them and liked spending time with them but after seeing so much of their ugly mugs at sea you could use a break.

You had been cruising around town, eating some food, drinking some rum, chatting with some people and having a good time. Night was beginning to fall and the Pearl was bound to leave at dawn, so you still had plenty of time. The breeze was welcome in the hot summer air.

And just when you suspected nothing, they blindfolded you and grabbed your arms, pulling you away from you activities. After trying to fight back by kicking around and pulling your arms you had no choice but forfeit when you felt the barrel of a gun pressed harshly against your back.

‘Crap,’ you thought ‘just what I needed.’

Wondering who your captors might be, you found that you might have made a bit too much enemies over the years. The government, other pirates, people you stole from.

And aside from that, any enemy of your captain was an enemy of yours.

After a short period of time you found yourself ushered into a building, which you derived from the lack of breeze, and heard a door close.

‘That’ll be all, I’ll be needing some time alone with our prisoner.’ a male’s voice sounded.

Damn, that voice sounds familiar, you thought, yet you couldn’t quite place it yet.

Next, you heard an acknowledgement of the order and the door open and close again.

Ooh jolly, some alone time with our creep of the hour.

The cloth was removed from your head from behind.

“You might wonder what business I might have with you. Don’t worry it will all become clear soon.’’ The male said.

He made his way to your front. You decided the time was ripe to break your silence. With a sassy remark that is.

“Well if it isn’t Sir Douchnozzle.”

Unsurprisingly, you were greeted with a murderous glare, his grey eyes seeming to burn.

“You might want to adjust your tone, pirate.” he smiled.

You did not like that, it couldn’t mean much good.

“If you wanted to know my name, you could’ve just asked, hun. I’m (Y/N).” You refused to show any fear to this man, not over your dead body.

“Oh I’m very well aware of who you are, one and only survivor after next morning.”

“What, Beckett.” You hissed.

“Ah, she does hear. If you hadn’t noticed by now, my crew has happened to take a short break and stock up here. Now, if you’re not a complete imbecile you understand I’ve noticed your little ship boarding here as well. And we wouldn’t quite be part of the royal navy if we just let that go, would we.”

You were almost sorry you missed his facial expression whilst hearing this. It must have been comical, however you had chosen to show great interest in your own battered leather boots.

“And why, oh why, are you telling me this?” you asked without looking up.

He snorted, unamused by your display of lack of respect towards him.

“Because once, your name was awed at amongst us high ranking officers. The daughter of Admiral (Y/L/N) and even though you seem simply reduced to scum or damaged goods to many, I can still see potential. That of someone who can survive between beasts of men and the wrath of the sea. Not to mention your looks.” He looked you up and down.

Seems like now is a good time to stick with the good ol’ ‘Silence is Golden’. Wonders never cease. You use the moment to look around in the room. A seating area, a small kitchen, and a cot. Were you in his private quarters?

Sighing, Cutler went on “What if I told you there is a possibility to save your ship and it’s crew.’

Your gaze immediately shot up. He chuckled. You damned yourself for making it so easy for him to read you. If he hadn’t figured you out already. If there is one thing you’d learnt after your run-ins with this man, it is that he probably knows what you’re going to think ten minutes before you do.

Fearing the worst, you asked “And what might that be.”

“Well, as of recently, people have been plaguing me with the fact that I am not yet wedded nor betrothed. Frankly, I have no intention of putting up with an annoying, spoiled brat of a wench that cannot stand the thought of spending a day at sea.”

“And you suppose I could kill your tormentors?” you asked hopefully.

“And I suppose you, with your highly regarded family name, without the spoiltness and such would make a fine spouse i dare say. One I could take with me on missions. Don’t play dumb with me (Y/N).”

Immediately you paled. Ehm. You did not expect him to say that of all things.

“And that would save my mates and the Pearl. Me. A bad mouthed, unruly pirate. Who knows what I’ve been up to.” you pulled up an eyebrow.

“It would,” he “and I think you’re smart enough to know I am not a man that makes rash decisions.”

The ass had planned this all along. From even docking in this city to the damn bar. Bastard.

Hence the doubting. One part of you was screaming “No!” It wasn’t your initiative, not even to get started on your principles. The other part was yelling “YES!” If you didn’t, all that you cared of would perish. Your friends, captain, ship. All of it. Slowly you put the pieces together and started to bargain with yourself. Well, you guess your life won’t be that bad. You suppose he won’t hurt you as a man of his statue can’t have wife full of bruises on his arm. You will still be at sea. Honest to gods, he wasn’t bad-looking. Quite handsome even. And your mates will get away and live.

Cutler coughed, signalling he had waited long enough and wanted your answer.

Brat, you thought. “They will all get away, no harm done?” you asked.

“Unscathed.”

It wasn´t long until you realised what had happened. Neither was it long until you realised what was about to happen. Since here you were, the young damsel in distress, kidnapped by what potentially was a murderer.

Of course, you weren´t entirely oblivious to current events of your hometown. There was so much going on you doubt you could’ve missed it anyways. With the Overseer and the Horde on the loose and all. Though somehow you hadn´t been worried about that. Somehow it had never crossed your mind that you would be in the middle of one of these events. Yet you were. Yay.

Since here you were, chained to a bloody headboard. It was pretty old and made of some kind of wood. The walls were reasonably tall and coloured an ugly grey with spots of a darker and lighter one. Rays of sunshine coming through holes in the taped Windows enlightened the old room. An abandoned building perhaps? You expected it to smell foul and moist, though the smell of citrus filled your nostrils. How did that happen?

Curious about what else you could spot, you tried to sit up the best you could. In nothing but your fucking underwear. Great. And that´s leaving out two of those annoying-as-hell social butterflies from college chained to some pipes in the same room. Honestly, you´d rather just stab yourself than being stuck in a room with them.

Luckily, you had a feeling that wouldn´t take long.

A little while later, one of those pesky little assholes woke up, and of course started screaming and crying, thus waking the other up, resulting in not one but two pesky little assholes crying and screaming in the small room with you. Awesome.

It didn´t take long until someone responded to that. Or in hindsight, was is someones?

A tall figure came walking in, smiling a sweet smile. Ah, was this supposed to be comforting? A well-built figure, towering over you, that had kidnapped you, BUT smiling. They were wearing a turtleneck and a long skirt. This was going to be an interesting experience.

In the three following days plenty had happened. The same well-built figure had come in the room, speaking with a lisp and wanting to show you how he liked to dance. Apparently his name was Hedwig. He was 9 years old and somehow scared the pesky little assholes, whom you´d now learnt were named Lisa and Darcy, to death. You thought he seemed sweet really, and it probably couldn´t hurt to try and become friends with one of the personalities that held you captive. Thank god you´d heard about this Horde and DIS on the news or you´d have no idea what was going on. You´d also learnt that the smiling female personality was called Patricia. Now, she´s the one that scared you. Lisa and Darcy might have fallen for the smile-trap but oh no you didn´t. If there was one thing you learnt in life it was that the ones with a dead smile were the ones you ought to watch out for. She seemed to be in charge, since you saw her the most.

Then came Dennis, and you didn´t really know what to make of him. Sure, he was the ´strong and silent´ one that must´ve taken you all. AND he was a compulsive cleaner, but sometimes he looked as if something about all this was bothering him.

And that´s just the first day. In the afternoon of the second day the ritual prepping began.

It´s not as if you´re a real big fan of getting your hair braided by a scary as fuck woman was your greatest dream, but at least you got food. Finally. You´d also decided it would be smarter to just be polite to this Patricia, since you had the feeling that if you weren´t she would stab you in the eye with a fork. Which she did to Lisa after Lisa thought it was a bright idea to make fun of the mismatch of clothes Patricia was wearing. Ouch.

Thus, the situation was still miserable, but now Lisa has lost an eye, Darcy was in constant shock and you had Lisa’s eye-juice on one of your favourite shirts. You realise this might sound harsh, but you knew a lot of people like those girls and they were not really your type of people. Because of this, you were almost grateful that you were separated from them.

And just when you were beginning to wonder where Mr. Clean had gone he walked in to confiscate your eyeball-marinated T-Shirt. And there was still something about him you couldn´t really place. Of course you had to smile at him sweetly. Most men tended to have a weak spot for sweetish smiling girls anyways and you figured if there is a way I can exploit this i have to. No harm, no foul. Actually, how sick of a thought it might be, he was quite handsome, wasn't he? You almost slapped yourself for thinking that, but he was. Dennis was tall, confident, he was so muscled you could see it even through his thick grey outfit…

Preoccupied in your thoughts, you almost forgot you were supposed to be taking off your shirt until he corrected you. Eyebrows raised, hand held out waiting and all.

So, cheeky fuck as you were you wanted to try and play around a bit. You would most likely be dead in a couple of days, if not hours, anyways.

You did take of your shirt, though a little more slowly than you should´ve, wiggling around a but more than necessary as you attempted to pull the fabric over your bust. During the whole ordeal, Dennis was keeping eagle eyes on you. He watched your every move carefully, as if trying to understand. Was he on to you? You tried to make eye-contact the whole time, for tension but also to try and monitor if he showed any sign of interest or change. Nothing. Damnit, you thought.

And that´s when, when he turned around tp walk away with your shirt in his hands, with the sight of your womanly body in just trousers and your lacy bra imprinted in his mind, he stuttered when bidding you farewell! Ha! So Mr. Clean was does have a weakness. Now just hope you live long enough to do something with that. Blushing, you sat down on the bed. You know you were just putting on a show to trick Dennis….but you just can't help but be attracted to him. Am I really that fucked up? you thought.

Fast forward three hours. You'd just met the Beast. He was crawling over your wall, bloody from what you guess were your previous roommates, yapping on about the weak and the strong and the damaged or something. Apparently you were impure?

Seemingly, you were going to die a painfull death anyways so why not ask what the fuck it meant. I mean, it´d be nice to know why he thought you should be devoured right?

Apparently, you were impure because you hadn´t suffered? Wait what? What the actual fuck did he know about whether you´d suffered or not?! Pissed off as you were, you lost the ability to shut up and told him about it.

´What in the living hell do you know about me having suffered or not, you bloody men are all the same! As if you can just look at someone and can make assumptions about every single bit of my life and who I am? Well, guess what asshole you dont get to decide! Not all bloody suffering is visible. Who are you to say I´ve never been hurt, never been attacked, never wanted for it all to be over? Jackass.´ You pretty much speech-yelled at him.

You had no idea where that came from…. and it felt pretty good. Until the Beast jumped down from the ceiling right in front of you, eyeing you. Then you felt regret and the pressing fear coming over you. Was he sizing you up? Deciding whether he believed you? And you thought exams were stressful.

Suddenly, he spoke ´Feisty…..but true.´ was all he said. When he was walking around you he was, what, sniffing you? when the sound of a door banging opened filled the room. People! Never did you think before you could be so happy with hearing lots of people coming towards you. But you were. You anxiously looked around, waiting for the Beast´s reaction. Would he simply run off? Would he attack them? Take your life anyways?
