[Q] [Need Help] Deleted Android OS

So today foolishly, I used TWRP and "kind of" deleted the whole operating system by accident. Have there been any rumors at all on a new note 10.1? I have been wanting a note 10.1 for a while, but I have been waiting for a new edition. It doesn't seem to be coming at all.
