The fic I’m writing is the pregnant Liam once I was talking about, and vibes-wise I would say it’s quite similar to psywb.. maybe a bit dark and controversial? (It’s my branding at this point lol 😭) but I can assure you it’s different!! Like very different. And with me writing with the experiences I’ve had with psywb… hopefully it’s better writing-wise!

Now to your question.. this part was intentionally made to be a bit ambiguous/multivalent. I think I’ve seen some people interpreting this as something symbolic (which I did in the fic! I purposefully made it a bit poetic), although most were convinced it’s a literal thing, which I also hinted that it was 😆 hahaha but yes simply Noel(ín) was angry hearing that his… experiment with Liam — to check if Liam would actually fall for Patsy — failed big time. Liam even almost had sex with her. That’s enough to pull Noel into this manic state, and so he thought of something!

Hence the knife. Whiiich he also failed to use, whatever plan he was about to do 😂
