I don't want to leave home for college. OMG am I excited for campus life and independence and exploring my passions to get a BFA within the next 4 years. I also wish I could go home every night, to my childhood bedroom and dinner with my parents and brothers and not have to miss it. I already know my roommate is awesome. My boyfriend lives close to campus. These things are fantastic. I don't want to have home be the place I visit. You don't visit home, you visit other places. I know I'll be okay, and I know it's okay to be sad for a while. I just need to get it out. thanks

It makes me sad how poorly my peers read. It makes me sad that my elders can’t read very well, either. It makes me sad that people failed to teach them right; and it makes me sad that they don’t have the attention or confidence to continue trying.

I kind of feel like a poorly made roll of sushi. All of the components are there, still mostly doing their job, but falling apart every time the chopstick touches it (tries to be functional).
