Several words about myself: I have experience working as a #physician with #scientific background for 8 years, and for 13 years as a #QPPV, Head of the Pharmacovigilance Department JSC" Farmak" . I consider that it is time to get a higher level of #pharmacovigilance. What do I mean? I mean the specialist pharmacovigilance/ drug safety specialists should include #combined knowledge from one side deep #academic knowledge of clinical medicine, internal #diseases, clinical #pharmacology, #anatomy, #physiology, #pathology, and from another side regulatory GxP knowledge. From my previous experience, I see the need of providing to #healthcare professionals an access to available to dug safety in #clinical practice, and pharmacovigilance #knowledge. It will help to #minimize #risks of #medication #errors, #overdose, off label use and safe administration of medicines to #special #populations: pregnant women, breastfeeding, children, elderly, taking into account drug-drug #interaction, drug-disease interaction, drug-food interaction, and drug-device interaction. This should be useful for specialists from the pharmaceutical #industry too. That's why I have decided to create my YouTube channel related to drug #safety/pharmacovigilance #knowledge.
