Bruno left after Mirabel's ceremony when she was 5

Camilo is also 15 in the movie, so he ALSO hasn't seen Bruno since he was 5

He should only know as much about Bruno as Mirabel given no one will talk about him

Camilo's description of him includes rats, which would have no reason to be part of Bruno's characterization until after he started living in the walls

Seven feet would be a pretty typical amount for a small child to remember someone taller than them being years later

Bruno's good at unintentionally looming creepily in the dark

Bruno gets all his food by stealing from the kitchen

Conclusion:

Camilo snuck into the kitchen once at night for a late-night snack, Bruno and his rats were stealing food, he says Camilo's name in surprise, Camilo passes tf out

actually other than Pepa, Isabela and Antonio, I can’t imagine how everyone else’s gifts manifested during that ceremony

did 5 year old Luisa suddenly grow muscles or felt the urge to lift a heavy object?

and Julieta? unless she can heal everyone in other ways except through her food?

did Dolores cover her ears screaming over how loud everything suddenly was?

Part 2

- Not a child in town has ever had to wonder what a cloud feels like, and Pepa loves showing them

- Parents in the town basically use Dolores as their own personal “Elf on the Shelf”. They said “Be good, or Dolores will know and tell Jesus!”

- Isabela is very popular in the lead up to Día de Amor y Amistad, not because she is the town’s most sought-after bachelorette, but her flower abilities have made bouquet-giving a tradition in every household

- Traditionally during a wedding, couples carry a candle out of the church that they lit together, but in both Pepa and Julieta’s weddings, they used THE candle instead to emphasize the family’s significance to their union

- While Julieta is the “oldest” triplet, Pepa got married first, and when they did the shoe pick at the ceremony, it was Agustin’s shoe she picked up. When she tried to give it back to him, he accidentally tripped and literally fell into Julieta’s lap

- Most afflictions can be healed using Julieta’s gift, unless they are hereditary or genetic. This is why Mirabel has her dad’s eyesight, and has needed glasses from a young age

- When Pepa planned to announce that she and Felix were expecting Camilo, Bruno accidentally congratulated Julieta instead because he had seen in a vision that there would be two babies in the nursery, one from each sister. She hadn’t even known she was pregnant yet

- Each of the Madrigal girls got an elaborate quinceañera celebration, so Bruno spent weeks practicing for the first dance. He even picked out and bequeathed the heels. After Dolores and Isabela were born, he imagined participating in their ceremonies too…and then he went into the walls, only watching the dances from afar. He refused to watch Luisa’s or Mirabel’s

mirabel and camilo often had sleepovers in camilo’s room after mirabel’s gift ceremony.

agustín and julieta have arguably the closest relationships with their children and they both have a “special bonding day” with of their daughters at least once a month

in the months following bruno’s disappearance julieta and pepa were inseparable and would usually sleep in the same room during the night

agustín and félix were extremely understanding and supportive of that decision

dolores was absolutely invested in bruno’s telenovelas

luisa, maribel, and isabela all became very close after the magic faded
