some questions i suspect people of having:

"are you aware this has your name and city?" yeah. it's that or go homeless, so i made a decision. what are you gonna do, get me double evicted? (/silly)

"why haven't you tried XYZ thing?" i assure you, i have. i can post pictures of a bunch of resources ive contacted and the reasons they didnt work out, if you want proof of some kind. i have a case manager to connect me to resources, and even she's out of things to suggest.

"how did you get in this situation?" i am disabled and cannot work. the person who makes the most income was fired from her job abruptly after things that were not her fault (one of which was a car accident, which she was denied workman's comp for. despite her job literally being driving for this company). the job market sucks, so it took over four months to get a new one.

"if you have an income in the house, why cant you pay it yourselves?" because it's an absurd amount of money. we have enough to pay current rent and utilities, and should be able to maintain ourselves even if it's paycheck to paycheck. we cannot pay past debts.

"why do you have no where to go?" we don't really have family or friends to turn to. the best is my aunt who lives in the city, but she doesn't have space or money to have three people living with her.
