I got weird looks for saying I prefer personality over looks/body. Like yeah i wouldn’t mind a man with biceps and maybe even a little abs, but if I meet a guy with a good personality, someone who’s nice and genuinely likes me as much as I like them then who the hell cares about their body. I obviously still care about his face I’m not gonna lie, but if he has a shit personality, then he’s automatically ugly asf

i like clingy. i like when someone grabs my hand to show im theirs. i like being the first person you want to tell when something exciting happens. i like coming back to an “i miss you” text and getting random late night calls just to hear my voice. little gestures that show im important and that you enjoy having me in your life

i want to be with you, talk to you, hug you tight, kiss you softly, and give you my time.

Look at you showing up even though your heart is heavy. Look at you pushing through even though you feel the sadness weigh you down. Look at you staying in touch with family and friends, taking care of yourself by eating, sleeping and making time for your hobbies even though the world feels like it is falling apart around you. Just look at you persisting despite it all, my love. Take it slow - baby steps every single day. Don't let these hard days discourage you. You are so much stronger than you think. And things will get better sooner than you can imagine. I am incredibly proud of you.
