My fiance finally had money to buy me stuff with and he's spoiling me.
After someone at work did this for a client, I got a morbid curiosity about having an AI analyse my work and now I'm sobbing. I just ran a stream of writing into it with little formatting or anything much and it understood my oc. Without any prompting from me it correctly identified the themes and arc she went through and I'm just weeping because it means that if a robot can understand it just from half-finished WIPs then maybe a human can too.
Maybe my writing isn't as shit as I thought.

Met Ann last night, she's pretty cute. Shiho is also very cute! Actually a lot of the female characters are, which is a refreshing change as I find the persona art style trends towards women who look a little off to my eye.
Ryuji continues to be best bro. Skull is the stupidest fucking codename but the way he was all excited about how cool it was means I can't make fun of him for it.
Am now poised at the first point of choice paralysis where I get to explore and decide how I want to spend my time, but I had to go to bed as I have work this morning. Hopefully I'll have a little more time over the weekend if I don't get dragged back into Occult Crescent again ...
I started playing Persona 5 last night and am having an absolute BLAST.

The new character is hella cute tho? I like him a lot. On a less chronically fangirly note, there's some interesting ideas at play here and I just hope Asagiri actually follows through on them.

I just feel like there's so much push to make aces more... "likable" by saying "well a lot of aces ENJOY sexual stuff, they just don't wanna have that themselves!". And like, that's valid! But I guess some of us aces aren't as easy to market to allos and we also deserve to be around, y'know :'')
I've been pushed a lot/labelled a prude/told I was "boring" because I didn't want to get into explicit conversations, RPs or draw certain things, and like. Nah. I'm fucking tired of that. Some aces are okay with these topics, some aces aren't, but if you claim to accept and understand asexuality, you need to respect all of us, not only the aces you think that are "more fun" or "more natural".

It's my birthday in a couple of weeks so I thought you know what, nobody's going to buy me what I actually want, fuck it, I'm gonna buy some stuff for ME.
My family ignore lists and send me a) things based on hyperfixations from ten years ago that they remember me raving about and I have since moved on from or b) jewellery that doesn't match my aesthetic because hehe Rynia likes sparkly things.
So I bought a bunch of shit for my favourite character from the Trails series with no regrets. Some pins, a couple of cards and a keychain, nothing spectacular because my boy Gaius doesn't get merch, but I'll take it.
Yes, I am going to be closer to 40 than ever, but fuck it I am an unashamed fangirl.
