Kitsune!Ryan & Paranormal Investigator!Shane

Shane is a famous debunker who sleeps at haunted places to prove that there’s nothing haunted about them and Ryan is kind of a big fan.

Once, Shane gets the permission to get on Hashima’s island to film a video for Buzzfeed and his guide there is Ryan from Japan who constantly argues with him about the existence of the supernatural and settles scores with ingenious pranks. 

His fans love Ryan. Shane himself is kind of gone on him.

Shane convinces Buzzfeed to let him film more haunted places in Japan and asks Ryan to be his guide, maybe even co-star, if he can, no pressure, but it would be really great to have you with me, I like you- I mean my fans like you! They adore you! And they should! You’re great and cute and funny! I mean no-

Ryan on his part just really likes this weird human who banters and plays with him like no one else and remains considerate and respectful, always, even when he clearly thinks Ryan’s kind doesn’t exist.
