Hello! . . I'm not surprised I've been asked this xd !

The answer ? No. That's just how his Generation 1 / RED Album design looked. This character is Roscoe Thunderpants and he's a vocalist for the fictional band 'Savlonic' from MrWeebl. NO. he isn't meant to be a Hitler Variant . . . Fuck Nazis/Neo-Nazis. I'd see why people think that though and it's been a small joke throughout the community in the early days. I do know that Roscoe's design has gone through a few changes in the past. No clue if its been because of what people said of Ro or it was just a choice from Jonti.
