hopeless romantic

I went into a reflective daze today, and just wonder how much people are able to care. I gain feelings in a snap. I feel like sometimes, I care way too much about people while at other times, I should care more. But how much do people actually care if something doesn’t effect them? So many things can seem interesting, dramatic, or problematic to me, but my urge to tell everyone everything sucks because I know people usually don’t sincerely have any interest, and just kinda respond in the way they should as the supportive companions. But I guess that’s just the world we live in? I wish it was different, where people put more thought into others. Not just to benefit myself, but it feels like the relationships built in life are fake. What’s the difference between sincerity and simply trying to reach one’s own benefits? Does anyone really truly care deeply about others?
