My only active breeding pair is Creating Monsters, based off the art for the song by Set It Off!

The whole point of this pair is just. Another longform breeding project after I finished my periodic table longform project! All their hatchlings are named for the lyrics to Creating Monsters!

Okay, I got lucky as sin for Asiria, as he's a natural XXY (charcoal/rust)

They've had a couple gene changes but eventually I settled on an Auraboa with harlequin/riopa/terracotta!

I wanna show off a some m snappers since I remember a lot of people would say they're hard to dress..I feel like I don't hear that as much these days tbh but still, I think m snappers wear a lot of things really well! So here are Innovee and Siciliane, with some pretty unique apparel combos that I really love for them c:

Tamarind and his Undergrowth Shovelsnout! I feel like they were made for each other, when they released this familiar I was like omfg it's literally Tamarind right down to the butterflies

B'Elanna! Hatched 10/13/2013 with a six digit id! Having a 2013 dragon had been one of my goals for a bit and I finally got her in 2019! Her being six digit was just a bonus tbh but I'm so happy I got her c:

I love the concept of Stock the Pond and I've been wanting to join for a long time but searching for pairs has made me realize how much I really dislike triples. They're just so BORING. I own two, one's a coatl, and I'm not really interested in doing a project with a 30 day cooldown. The other is triple Ice and I'm so picky that I can't find him opposite mates that I like. And I have too many gene projects to want to gene a triple. Ugh. Most of the triples anyway are radioactive (which IS the best triple bur dear fucking god is FR allergic to neon apparel, I now avoid radioactive because it's just so hard to dress without reusing the same four sets). This is entirely a problem of my own making but I've been searching plentiful triples off and on for months and I'm getting salty. I'm also realizing I really don't like the plentiful breeds that much so that's making it even harder.

Very much a First World Problem but this is the salt blog. What a disappointing update. This year has been mostly fucking ancient genes and a handful of recolored apparel and familiars. Give me NEW STUFF! New apparel sets, not just one-off pieces! Expand and redesign some of the y1 sets! Give me a new coli venue! A new modern prim/sec set that's actually interesting! A new Arlo plot! A wave of new scenes and effects! ANYTHING but more ancient genes I'm so sick of dragons I can't dress in my dragon dress-up game

I love the idea of mane / fur variants in Tundra from different flights. Tundras who fancy mane braids and flowers in their fur or have twigs and knots in it, in the Viridian Labyrinth. Mohawks and designs shaved into the fur of Tundras from the Ashfall Waste. Tundras with overgrown bangs that hide their faces in the Tangled Wood. There’s so many possibilities and I have to draw them ALL.
