you literally have shitty hide armor and a dull ass shortsword. let me guess. your loot is 6 gold coins too? 🙄
friendly fucking reminder do NOT post about your lootdrops publicly!!! this post is a great example of "table baiting" to get you to reveal what valuables you drop on death WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY PUTTING YOU AT RISK OF FARMING!!! think for a second and be safe out there!!
this does not bode well for the fellows who are going to come and move all of our stuff in 2 days
did a breath endurance exercise in voice therapy today where i’d say more and more of a long run-on sentence each time and she was like “you don’t have to use this specific example, you can use anything for this exercise” and i said “oh this would be great with a poem i love” and she said “oh, let’s do that right now!” so i started reading anne boyer’s “what resembles the grave but isn’t”
i know my manifest packing system for moving is the product of a mind that craves control but it also works really well so at the end of the day who’s to say that being a control freak is really a bad thing

I’m only 10 minutes in Tiger and Dragon’s last episode and whoever was in charge of of wardrobe must have found a vault of crop tops that only Kiritani Kenta could wear at the last second (based as hell)…
(same shirt, better angle 😏)
i kinda needed her as this side character all along…….my sunshine bimbo…..#my sunshine bimbo…….
Ryuji’s initial description of Toraji 🗿👍

The science behind THC + alcohol as a combination is literally soo interesting because it basically causes the crimson red duckling in your body to confront the serpent in the bronze vessel of your heart. Basically you feel good because the duckling is able to eat the harmonious seeds stored within the vessel and transfer these positive energies into your body. You can have bad highs when this happens if the duckling awakens the serpent and it bites the duckling. The interesting part is when you ingest alcohol after THC because it floods the vessel and causes the serpent to fall into a deep sleep. The duckling never gets attacked by the serpent when this happens because it is unconscious and the duckling is actually able to get fat from the harmonious seed, which causes an enjoyable sensation.
for reasons of fibromyalgia/EDS/[redacted] i am working with at least a certain degree of cognitive impairment most of the time, and as an adult i cant take ADHD medication for bipolar reasons. which means i have to do a whole lot of exec function management on my own and a lot of the strategies* ive developed over time revolve around reducing cognitive load by frontloading tasks as much as possible i.e. preparing as much of the Task as i can in low brain mode so that when i feel like i'm ready to actually do the task, i have reduced the amount of brain effort required to get started
*caveat that im not an expert in anything but myself so maybe im using these terms differently than experts would. brain too tired to do that much googling rn but dont take anything im saying here as any kind of Professional Advice
for instance my job involves a lot of sending the same 6 kinds of emails over and over, so i've got my templates in a text expander (if you do similar kind of work and don't use one: get thee a text expander). when i've got some of these emails to send, even if i'm feeling too foggy to prepare a whole Communication i can at least fill out the parts of the template that are easiest (copying and pasting data from elsewhere, attaching files already prepared, etc) and come back to it later when i feel like i can complete the task. i do a Lot of this both in work and my day to day life and it really makes the difference between an unconquerable big task and a thing i managed to get done. even for non-form emails, i'll sometimes frontload a message i'm writing by simply jotting down the bullet points of what i need to cover, and when i come back to it later, it is SO much easier to draft a final email from an outline than try and disgorge it whole from my foggy brain
and the nice thing about this approach is sometimes in my frontloading i will develop the momentum to actually finish the email i'm writing. i rarely make this the goal, but it actually winds up happening pretty often, so it feels like a delightful surprise i can pat myself on the back for. you werent even trying to do the whole thing but you did!
another brain-saving strategy: scheduling emails 10 mins in advance. i rarely trust myself to get everything right the first time so i like to schedule an email, then look at it in my outbox before it sends bc it looks like a sent email and is easier to proof for things like "are these the correct attachments" and "did i forget to fill out part of this template" and "did i CC the correct email addresses". i catch errors more frequently than not and its pretty much my default practice now. this practice originated when i worked in-office in a place where ppl could and would simply go to your office to talk in person if they felt like it so any time i wanted to reply to a non-urgent email right away but didnt want them to know i was presently at my desk, i'd schedule it for like 30-60 mins out. sometimes to times after i was planning to leave the office. but its also massively useful in catching errors!
i saw someone comment once that ppl with ADHD sometimes make the best administrative staff bc exec function management skills and administrative management skills overlap pretty heavily. in my case i actually think doing admin work is how i got better at managing my exec function problems because i can usually just apply the exact same strategies to my personal life. nothing is no-fail but im doing pretty good for a guy with this many brain problems
i dont know much about it but based on posting vibes alone i feel like widows bay is up my alley
Is it a tower ? Is it a tunnel ? Up or down, the path only lead forward, toward enlightenment. 🍀🧬

i hate family guy for all the normal reasons and also because it almost permanently ruined being from rhode island
few shows have jumped the shark so purely as when bones (2005), the crime drama about identifying fucked up corpses beyond normal identifiable condition, had a crossover episode with family guy about one of the main characters having a real brain tumor that made him hallucinate stewie advising him on whether or not to have a baby
