Breakfast after a short morning run: chocolate nice cream (frozen bananas, protein powder, cacao powder, maca powder, barleygrass powder, cinnamon, splash of soy milk) topped with pear, crunchy pb, cacao nibs, shredded coconut and goji berries!

Fall is by far the most picturesque season to run in and I love it🍂🍁🏃🏼‍♀️

Think my summer of hard work is kinda starting to show 😁

another two mile morning. loving the crisp August temperatures & grateful to be able to run in them, even if only for a couple miles at a time. relaxing into the rehabilitation & enjoying the process. the slowest way is the fastest way.
