Lancer did it again!

Once again, another fit of cackling. Susie tips her head back and covers her eyes with her hands as she laughs.

"Dude, c'mon, you know I wouldn't trust anyone else with something like that. You'd be my first pick."

Susie freezes first, eyes wide as they try to focus on the object resting on her snout. She grins in amusement, holding back a chuckle to prevent the object from sliding off.

"Haha, Kris, what is this?" She asks, reaching up and gently picking up the figure. She holds it in her hands to get a better look at it, and that's when she picks up on the finer details—it was a familiar looking lizard, stained purple with a cutesy bow around its neck. Susie's gaze softens as she admires the figure, and she looks up at Kris.

They're smiling, a genuine smile.

"Kris..." She says softly. "Did you, uh... Did you make this?" A part of her wants to ask if they made it for her, but that's... That's embarrassing as hell. Maybe they're just showing off a little project they were working on...?

What? Really? Susie gets to go rampant and she's going to give her a chainsaw?!

My Susie is a girl. I've seen some people give her he/him pronouns (sometimes on their own and sometimes paired with she/her) and while I Definitely respect the headcanon, I don't personally agree for my Susie. My Susie is a girl, and she's fine with being a girl, she's just not a ~traditionally feminine~ girl. Tomboy maybe, GNC maybe, simply more masculine maybe, some fun combination of the three maybe.

I do, however, also think that she doesn't necessarily like. care. about gender? She identifies as a girl but if someone makes a mistake and uses he/him or they/them, she's probably not gonna correct them. If someone else corrects them and they apologize, she'd probably just shrug and say it's fine. Because who cares.

Does that contradict the first paragraph. I don't know. She's not like, genderfluid, and she isn't an 'any pronouns' user, she is a girl that uses she/her. Gender just isn't a big deal to her, I guess is my point. ))
