Two groups have formed within these chosen ones, one of them set out to protect and preserve, the other to dominate and destroy. With Division 13 on every superhuman residents’ tail and plenty of unaware test subjects that lack an affiliation and thus guidance scattering about the city, the streets of San Francisco are all but safe, impending escalation seemingly unavoidable.
