Weight loss for those who don’t have reach to healthy food always 💫
For those who live with their parents and expected to eat what they provide.
This will help you improve rapidly without the help of minimising calories to oblivion. This helps to to take off your stomach fat. From my perspective just some helpful tips, to lose a couple of inches/cms of your waist. This can be done even when you have school.
This is a must because your body burns the fat in your body in around 12 hours. Allowing your body to not eat within this time will allow your fat to burn especially in your stomach region while you are sleeping. Because if you do eat after the time, your body will burn the food you’ve just ate and the excess food that they can’t burn, the body will store. The trick also helps diarrhoea, to allow your body to work on that part of the shit and no more incoming food to have to extort. But if you must eat at 5pm - the limit is 6pm do not go past this.
You will see improvement from just this. This is the main rule you have to follow.
The morning you wake up after this, you will see your stomach has flatten a little.
Important disclaimer - you can eat whatever you want without limiting yourself. Not like HANDFULS OF FOOD but regular sized portions and little treats on the way. I usually eat noodles and coke in the morning, *cough* totally healthy. Then I just eat homemade food from my mum. You can lose weight even if it’s not entirely healthy, just remember every once in a while veggies are good or just some fruit. Don’t constrict yourself to an amount of calories to follow. This helps you to be free in your diet, it’s basically the diet of whatever you got at home.
Some some other tricks you can use, but you won’t see rapid improvement without the main trick.
• allow yourself to drink some water for every meal but if you’re really struggling with this (e.g drink no water at all), coax yourself to drink at least one bottle of water 500ml a day.
• always encourage yourself to do some light excersises or some hardcore ones e.g running/walking home, push ups, wall sits ;) that helps the thighs, jumping jacks, skipping rope, body weight exercises, yoga, or even flexibility training for your legs this will help you slim your legs down and let you do cool tricks to show off 😎 1-5 minutes of excersise is oki-dokie
• sometimes I like to work on my abs in bed, cause it hurts on the ground. At night time, you can follow this crunch routine on YouTube. Just search up 500 crunches. This whamen should help you guide along of what she did.
• if you feel bloated when going to bed even though you haven’t eaten since 5, roll up a towel and place it under your belly button and lay down on your bed. Out stretch your arms and make a triangle with your toes and feet.
•if you feel a tinge but hungry since 5, go drink some water buddy, that should help
•if your parents tell you to eat and it’s after 5, tell them no. But if they bother you about it, treat yourself to a treat day but you shouldn’t do this on the first day you begin.
