well, first of all, they’re not writers? they have plenty of scripted shows that argue otherwise, lol. I mean Donut in RvB is a pretty prominent example of queerbaiting. And while not quite baiting because, you’re right, they’re people and not characters, there’s probably some word to describe how they use same-sex kissing as an incentive to collect donations on Extra Life (which I sort of allow for the most part, given that it is for charity and I know they don’t do it with malice or the intent to offend/bait)
