rp-ochako:
“Wow, Iida-kun, it looks like you’ve already got things figured out. I think some of this stuff we can do together, and some of it can be handled by just one person. If we split the work, it should be done in no time!” Ochako grinned as Iida, thankful as always for his organized nature. It definitely made her feel bad sometimes, her friend always putting in the extra work, but she knew that was just how Iida operated. Ochako certainly wasn’t as prepared.
“And yeah! I’d love to go to lunch after. I feel like we haven’t had much of a chance to talk…we’ve been really busy lately, huh?” Studying was usually terrible with teachers like Aizawa and Midnight, but training had ticked up as well, leaving her with aching muscles and an unwillingness to stay up late talking. But now they could fix all that!
Unconsciously mirroring the straight set to Iida’s shoulder, eyes flashing in determination, Ochako punched the air. “Alright! I’ll get the trash, you get the counters, and we’ll join up on the windows?”
Iida nods quickly, pepped up by Uraraka’s lively attitude. If it were anyone else, they probably would not have been as lively or willing to work-- which was not surprising. But this distinction was why Uraraka was his favorite friend, after all!
He makes quick work of wiping up the kitchen counters. Some parts of it were covered in questionable substances. He assumes it is partially from failed cooking experiments. Or from pranks. Whichever it may be, Iida scrubs away all the evidence with ten times more rigor than any normal person would put into cleaning.
The rags he uses eventually become lined with filth. He discards them quickly-- no use trying to rewash them after that.
After he is finished, he finally returns to the common room to meet up with Uraraka once more.
