As a principled feminist I'm often tempted to say shit like "are men capable of higher thought" but then I have to remember not to perpetuate gender essentialism and change it to "why do men choose not to think about anything"

It’s really crazy to see how hard people flounder if you are even remotely confrontational like we have a generation of people who think they can communicate through passive aggressive games of telephone and insta stories and get scared if you tell them no. One of the most interesting things about Stewy and his relationship with the Roy’s to me is that he is the only lasting, sustained relationship that any of the kids were able to build outside of Waystar. Roman has Grace and then Tabitha but his most significant relationship in the show is with Gerri, who he not only meets through Waystar but he’s known his whole life. Him and Shiv have like, no friends and Shiv also meets Tom through Waystar. Kendall had Rava but their relationship is incredibly messy by the time the show starts and just gets worse as it goes on. Their godparents are from Waystar, they spend holidays with people from Waystar, Waystar is their whole world and they have nothing outside of it. Other than Stewy, who Kendall has known since primary school and has been in their lives since. Stewy is involved in the business, but that’s not how they meet him. He’s probably the only constant in their lives outside of Logan and Waystar. He’s the only person who seems to have, for some reason, stuck around
