Though I do have my criticisms with the clumsy white-US-liberal handling of some of the themes/the weakness of the intended satire, I do have to give MCR their props in that it is not easy to put on a show that evolves over multiple performances while also being an accessible self-contained narrative for the average person who will only see it once, and I think they have executed that aspect remarkably well
