I've been hanging out with a friend for the past two weeks (like practically living with him) but he left to go back home yesterday and I already miss him. He's so funny and so great and his presence genuinely brought so much light into a really tough couple of weeks for me and I'm probably never going to see him again, which is a really difficult thing to come to terms with at times. Anyway if you ever think you're not important, know that sometimes even the smallest actions can have a profound effect on someone who needs it, whether that's visible or not. Someone misses you, someone wants you around.
